Nothing, everything was great

There was an instance, when we get back to hotel after lunch, just to take rest, we cannot turn on the air-conditioner. Nonetheless, it was already cold, so we did not ask for any assistance. Also, they have no ironing or steam iron. We asked or chat them regarding that steam iron through the chat platform in Booking.com and responded that they do have such tool. But it turned out that such response was only an automatic response or AI response.

The staff was very helpful- they arranged cable car tickets for us, offered scooter rent,.. (all for reasonable prices). The location of the hotel is good. The room furniture was a little bit old and the bathroom was not really clean - especially the shower. There was a tv but no tv remote. As we stayed on the 1st floor level, there was sadly absolutely no view outside. Because of the wall near the balcony and a bit poor window, we could hear literally everything (neighbor playing TikTok videos at 6am on the balcony; water drops falling,..). Breakfast was a bit simple, but overall okay. They charge +3% for credit card payments.

The staff were very helpful and the breakfast was good. The view from the balcony was lovely. They offer a laundry service and rooms were cleaned daily, which was a nice touch. Overall a comfortable and convenient stay in Sapa. The facilities are a bit dated. There is construction happening next door, though fortunately it was quiet at night. The one unexpected disturbance was a very enthusiastic neighborhood rooster who started crowing from 5am every morning — light sleepers, be warned! ?

The most beautiful view/room I stayed in throughout my 6 week trip. Clean and spacious with a little balcony looking over the city. Beautifully decorated too. Wish I stayed for more than 1 night! Neighbourhood rooster was pretty loud in the morning

It was okay. Situated up higher, the view from the balcony was okay, but impeded by the roof next door. It was clean. Construction next door and above in the same property.

The staff were incredibly pleasant and helpful with a variety of requests. Laundry service, money exchange, transport booking. Breakfast was good. The room was quaint and well appointed. The shower was strong and hot. A loud rooster outside early in the morning.

- Good breakfast included for the price - Staff were friendly and even let us check in very late at night - Laundry service was very good - The room where breakfast is served is very very cold in the winter, which means the food and hot tea goes cold incredibly quickly - drink and eat fast to enjoy!

t’s not a fancy place, but there is a lift, so it’s convenient and not crowded. The staff are really nice and helpful. I stayed in a triple room, the bed was very comfortable, and there was a balcony. For this price, the room size, including the bathroom, is very good and not expensive at all. The breakfast was ok, nothing special. My friends tried a rice dish and said it was tasty. I believe It is local foods. The road to the hotel entrance is a little hilly and narrow. We arrived by private car, so it was no problem at all. Vietnamese drivers are very skilled.

Also they served a very good breakfast with fresh fruit and juice, Vietnamese noodles and also toast with eggs. Very delicious! The location of the hotel is perfect. It is only a few minutes from the city center and has a nice view on the lake of Sapa.
