- Cleanness in general. - Daily room service doesn't have a specific time and sometimes is skipped. - Isolation between rooms is poor. - Lots of issues in the bathrooms, as it is old and looks like a regular maintenance is not conducted.

The hospitality was fantastic! All staff members, especially Busra, Noori and Osman made it a great experience for me! I wished it had a main light in the room, which really isn't a great big deal in all honesty but would have helped!

We stayed at this hotel 4 nights. Is a lovely hotel,the rooms are very big and nice, they do the cleaning every day. We had only the breakfast, but the food was very good and very much,it was a variety of food and was very tasty. The staff was very politely and helpful, they helped me very much, even to order a cake for my daughter birthday. I recomand this hotel. Was only one thing that we didn't like it, that when you eat , was one guy, I think is the owner or the manager, he is watching you all the time , I think is uncomfortable that someoane staring at you when you eat , or when you put the food on the plate , it feels wery unpleseant.

We went as a family of 6 and one room was apart from the others. We spent five nights but still didn’t get a room in the same building even though asking .

Here is a complete breakdown of our stay in every department. RECEPTION - We had to move 3 times before we actually got the room we booked. The check in team laughed at me every time I had to ask them to find us the room we actually paid for. The elevators are the size of a private elevator. They take too long and you end up using the stairss. I would not be comfortable to say they are wheelchair accessible nor are the hallways. ROOM - Once in the room we booked there were holes in the walls, the Bathroom shower was broken. After asking them to fix it when we went out, when we returned it had not been done. My partner eventually said not to bother because they won't do it. The bed was harder than rock, if you suffer from back pains like I do then this is not your place. Pay the extra dollar and find somewhere nicer. FOOD - NO SIGNS indicating what each thing walls. This is a safety concern and the food changed consistently during each sitting. The ONLY food enjoyable were the desserts. Signs posted that you aren't allowed food/drink in your rooms yet they had start cats wandering through the food areas and jumping on your tables. BAR - Some double standards here. We watched others get served items outside of the designated time and when we would ask we got shut down. Even after calling them out on it. STAFF - COULD NOT CARE LESS. We were always met with an abrasive attitude no matter who we spoke to. They made us feel like it was always put fault. FACILITIES - Pools were okay but nothing special. The pictures make the hotel look A LOT nicer than it actually is. THE HOTEL IS NON REFUNDABLE. IT IS NOT WORTH ANY OF THE MONEY WE SPENT AND FOUND OURSELVES LEAVING THE HOTEL BECAUSE IT WAS BELOW PAR. IT MAKES ITSELF SOUND MORE LUXURIOUS THAN IT EVEN COMES CLOSE TO.

Nothing really. Out middle of nowhere , no air condition in bar area same food all the time full inclusive was not full inclusive as suggested would not recomend staying here,bedding did'nt fit bed
