Miracle Resort Hotel - All Inclusive

This place as they say above the imagination, they hold all facilities that you don’t need to go out. You just need to stay for refreshments. There’s nothing to mention, from the staff to the security. They’re all kind, and the facilities are available without anyone asking.

The all-inclusive concept was outstanding, with a great variety of food and drinks throughout the day. The entertainment team put on amazing evening shows that were enjoyable for both adults and children. The staff were friendly and professional, and the overall quality of the hotel exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended for families and couples looking for a relaxing and enjoyable all-inclusive holiday. We would definitely stay here again!

The snack food court’s food options could use some improvement. The age restriction of 10+ for sliding with a boat or regular diving into the pools is a bit too strict.

The property’s location is convenient and very close to the airport. It is also only about a 15-minute walk to the Grand Bazaar. However, one major downside is that the hotel does not offer a shuttle service to the airport or nearby attractions. Instead, their taxis charge between €10–€20 for rides that only take about five minutes. It would have been much better if the hotel provided a shuttle service for guests. Good WiFi and Good Turkish Bath . The staff who serve drink are excellent. Reception staff are friendly. I have been to Antalya multiple times and have stayed at several different hotels over the years. Unfortunately, this was my first and likely last time staying at this hotel, as our experience was very disappointing overall. The location of the hotel is convenient, but many other aspects of the stay did not meet expectations for an all-inclusive resort. Food: The food was often cold and lacked variety. It felt like the same meals were being repeated daily, only moved to different serving stations. By the time you walked back to your table, the food became even colder. The plates provided were also very small, making it difficult to carry multiple food items at once. Staff and Service: The kitchen staff were generally unfriendly and unwelcoming. When asking for food, items often felt as though guests were being treated poorly rather than respectfully. Asking for an extra piece would result in rude looks or uncomfortable reactions. For an all-inclusive hotel, guests should not feel judged for requesting food. In the dining area, staff rarely cleared tables promptly. Empty plates would pile up for long periods unless guests removed them themselves. Seating near the buffet area filled up quickly, forcing guests to sit farther away while carrying multiple plates of already-cold food. Plates were very small and required getting 5 to 10 pleated for each meal . Snacks: Outside regular meal hours, snack options were extremely limited. Unlike many other resorts that offer proper snack bars throughout the day, this hotel only provided small amounts of dry popcorn and mixed nuts, which were not enjoyable. Pools and Facilities: During our stay, the pool water was extremely cold, so we were unable to enjoy the pools. Room Service and Housekeeping: Housekeeping was disappointing. The room was not cleaned properly, sinks were left dirty, and basic toiletries like shampoo were not restocked consistently. Our bathtub remained clogged throughout the stay.

Food and restaurant, Pools, Evening events, are perfect. We love this place, visited for 2nd time. Rooms are Big and clean. Room Service food quality is 10/10. Good place for families. 1. Professionalism of front desk, reception, is already a problem last 2 years. they almost cant speak in English + attitude is not really pleasant, could be much better. However, not all of them are same, there were some nice young employees who spoke well and helped us. Hotel needs to take action for this matter. 2. There were certain times when AC wasn't working in the room. AC is only working from 5 or 6 PM to 2.00 AM, that was terrible, you couldn't stay in the room normally to rest, it was too hot. when I called reception their answer was rude. 3. For the price that people are paying Bathrooms could be way much better. For this kind of hotel its not relevant. For example Lights, Bathroom equipment are really low level.

Everything at resort was perfect. A very family friendly resort with very nice spoken staff. Starting from the bell-boys, receptionist, room service, restaurant(s) staff, doctors and the helpers all around, the food, everything was very good. You don't have to spend a single Euro / Lira once you enter the resort. A perfect place for outing for families, as the resort is very kid-friendly, with multiple activities all around, the splash pad, slides for kids, play areas, activities such as painting and kids' dancing activities. Our three year old refused to leave for home at last, it was very difficult to convince him, the place was superb!

From start to finish everything about the resort was amazing. We went for our anniversary trip on an all inclusive trip and every single aspect of our stay was perfect. They decorated the room very nicely and even added champagne and a heart shaped cake for our special occasion. The room itself was very big for a standard room and had a huge balcony with an amazing view of the sea. The resort itself had some of the best food I have ever had in their buffets and a la carte restaraunts, which were all part of the all inclusive deal. Moreover, there is food available at some part of the hotel or another 24/7. There are eight swimming pools and some really fun water slides. Sport facilities like tennis courts, basketball courts and football pitches are available to use. The resort has amazing WiFi and a private beach with beach bars and food facilities there as well. Overall, I can go on and on about how amazing this is but it still will not do it justice. This resort is the best in Antalya for whatever your trip purpose may be. HIGHLY RECOMMEND The paid Shops inside the resort are a bit expensive but there is a market 6 mins walk outside the hotel that has very cheap options.

I was expecting a better and flexible response when i have contacted the property multiple times with no support whatsoever , i have booked three rooms which were non refundable but flexible to change as per booking and i wanted to change the dates for one of the rooms only and i was immediately told that i should pay the penalty for the change , i have contacted booking snd they stated that they will email the property then i was told by booking team that i need to contact the property directly. i have called the property 4 times but zero support from reservation team .the reception team should be more welcoming and supportive .

Air conditioner in room no 1935, In the night it doesn't cool and we have to open the window door in the night to continue our sleep,which is really disgusting if someone has to sleep without air conditioner while being in a 5 star hotel. Also not many good options in the food menu for pure vegetarians .A gentle request to add atleast one vegetarian Indian food item,if it is possible.

We did like the hotel, staff were very helpful and friendly, food was delicious. Very family hotel. Adults and children's in the same swimming pool. Don't get me wrong, we do love children's ❤️ but 4 days at the pool is more than enough ? very busy, no quiet place around the pool to relax and read the book.. Parents instead of wiping their child's snotty nose with a towel or a handkerchief, they wash it directly in the pool (I'm sorry for the details), many different nuances, what I saw, the pool did not seem hygienic to me, the shower is outside by the pool, but very few people use it. Yes, you probably saying go to adults only hotel then, because it's quieter - I will do ?

The hotel is close to the airport. The staff is friendly and polite even though they speak 0 english. The pools and garden are nice. The hotel is old but has a nice architecture. The room was never cleaned properly, just superficial cleaning, the cleaning service doesn't involve changing your sheets. Gave us only one soap, no bathrobe, no indoor slippers. I also cut my hand using the shower. The shower evacuation is blocked, and you have to shower with leaking everywhere on the bathroom floor because water doesn't drain in the shower and you have to wait a long time for the water to drain out. The decorative pillows on the bed had stains on them. Also tourists leave a lot of trash inside the hotel common areas, even found trash in the elevator and also on the beach. The hotel has poor air conditioning so it is very hot in the common areas such as lobby, elevator, restaurants. You will wait at least 5-10 minutes for an elevator to arrive, it is always busy crowded and stops at every floor. The hotel has no airport transfer service available. Don't ask at the reception for a taxi because the receptionist will call a taxi that charges double than normal, and the taxi driver leaves the taximeter on but with an added amount before even starting your journey. You will have some difficulty finding free sunbeds at the pool, all sunbeds are occupied with towels even though tourists don't use them. Also I do not recommend this hotel for couples, because there are a lot of children making a lot of noise and disturbing a lot of people near them. Also the food at the restaurant is very diverse but has little to no taste, with the exception of the sweets and bakes. I wish that the hotel focused on quality, not quantity. Overall it is a 3 or 4 stars hotel at its best. In my opinion I would recommend looking for another hotel if you want a 5 star experience.

Outdoor facilities The room was not very clean The air conditioner was not cleaned maybe since the beginning Food service is the worst (food is good and tasty), you need to ask every single time when you need something and stay and wait, more than that the period of serving food is very short, they start to close everything when not even the scheduled hours are reached Taxi is very expensive for tourists (4 to 5 times more than usual)

The pool, the house keeping and the rooms were kept ckean. The staff, terrible and rude. No customer service what so ever. The restaurant staff always rude, it was difficult for them to have some patient with customers. Managers did not care.

It was great, we loved hotel <3 Food 10/10 Drinks 10/10 Room 10/10 Restaurant staff/bar 10/10 pool 10/10 facilities 10/10 WiFi 10/10 hotel was very clean (rooms + outside area), food was delicious + high quality. would be better if reception and room service staff knew English better because it was little bit hard to communicate. but we did not have any problems because of that. only bad experience was that we got scammed in Jewelry store inside hotel, we thought because it was inside hotel we could trust them but they took advantage of that fact and lied about diamond/Zircon eyes + price :(
