Titanic Deluxe Lara - All inclusive

Very bad this caused me a lot of inconvenience, and I really wish I hadn’t booked with them. The staff were extremely unprofessional, and I want my rights back, I want compensation because they took advantage of me. Most of the time, I was out of the hotel at the exhibition, only coming back to sleep. When I had a guest over, they charged me 52 euros just because of that, and they were really rude.

Everything was exceptional espeacially the variety of food. Loved the turkish kebabs There's nothing there which can be disliked

Lifts have no signage for what is on what floor. No barista coffee inside the main building is available just in the day. No ginger beer / redbull / energy drinks. ( not an alcohol drinker ) You have to find staff no-one approaches you. Lack of waiting staff. 10 managers to 4 waiting staff. Grill restaurant near the beach persistently windy and cold . Broken tiles around walking areas and then being worked on during our stay. Some miserable and arrogant staff. Not enough info on entertainment available. Construction next door through the night. Air con not working in room apparently something to do with climate being warm already or something I don't know !!?? No sandals are available to use in spa or soap or robes. No iron is available to use in a room which is annoying, especially when knowing we have arrived with clothes in suitcases that will be creased. Beds are small doubles so 2 adults would struggle Daughter with Dairy allergy had an absolute nightmare No help whatsoever from head chef just wanders around trying to look important, unless you keep asking and persisting.No one seems to know what's in what. No plug adaptors available. Day i left the elevator and just died suddenly whilst inside. The daughter lost her phone on the last day, security found it, and didn't even inform the main desk, so wandered around frantically. She was searching for over an hour .. Good points ...... food was ok had prawns occasionally and sushi, which my girls enjoyed location and beach was lovely 5 star, though ?? that's the most confusing part 3 or 4 stars at most more like a butlins of turkey, and im sure many will love that, but it's not for me . customer relations wanted to help but provided little to no solution. It seemed like they were more about avoiding discussing and resolving....but too little too late on how to help. almost everything apart from food and location

Hotel and restaurant design and construction. Even though the main restaurant was large and hosted many people it felt smaller, and and accoustics allowed one to talk and hear others eaisly and comfortably. This is unusual and quite nice. Food was excellent!

Location, facilities and value for Money. No air conditioning despite room being very hot at night, we were told this is controlled seasonally.

It was a great hotel I would definitely go bk Room had no hot water in shower but they moved my room tight away

Staff was good but had alot of issues. Toilets rolls was missed 2 days in a row, fridge doesnt get filled up everyday as promised. Pool was freezing cold

Smart, clean, well laid out, loved our duplex, the hot tub, the outdoor garden area, the bars and restaurants, the food, the service, the all inclusive package, the beach, everything really! The only thing I was disappointed in was that I had heard that the evening shows were excellent. When we were there, there was nothing I felt it worth to go and see. I wondered if the better shows were April - September?

Stayed in... Enjoying the pools and beach. Including all inclusive Poor customer service, relations, language barriers. Management have no discretion nor keep promises. Follow orders but never speak face to face.

Great for all inclusive hotel! Love that they have activities( yoga, bowling, play area for kids, playstation rooms etc.)for the whole day till night at 01:00 am ( nights shows and after party) They have their own beach and if you go early, you will really enjoy the sunrise view❤️ We enjoyed our stay, and even cancelled our city tour just to enjoy the hotel stay? The bars/ snack stations/ ice cream station has a timing, i mean some will only be open from 1-6 pm. Pools and beach closes at 7pm☹️

Activities and events in the evening Food was perfect Not much clean The family room in the lobby area was not good and its smelly, although it has jacuzzi and it’s double floor but the staff didn’t mention that kitchen chimney was under the room so when the kitchen is working and preparing food for lunch or dinner the smell of the cooking and the barbecue smoke goes out from the chimney strait to room balconies so you can not use the balcony in the evening specifically rooms between 1001 and 1008 so if you want to avoid it then do not accept those rooms because you will have bad stay and also in the rooms there is a stairs take you to the tops floor but the design of the stairs is dangerously bad because my children’s pumped their had more than once and it was really painful so avoid accept those rooms specifically if you have children The staff didn’t mention about the kitchen chimney nor leave note in the room about the stairs issue nor taking care of putting some signs to avoidance of pumping your head or some protection against hitting your head!! Also very loud music all night could sleep till 2am so the managements should really consider to organise the volume of the music to be played softly and no need to be that loud because holiday meant to be quiet and relaxing specially if you have kids

I enjoyed our stay I found the reception guy rude, who booked us in and out disrespectful.
