My only complaint was the ventilation in the bathroom and that all ice machines were not working.

Hotel deliveres everything You can expect from the Holiday Inn in USA. It had pool, washing machine for guests (working and clean!!), big rooms with queen beds, all amenities needed and big bathroom. Breakfast served packed and also warm food (eggs, potatoes, saussage). Everything was clean and modern. Staff was nice and helpfull. Shops and restaurants are close even by walking - but ideall for the car trip! Our room was on the ground floor - windows were located toward parking lot right next to them. So the blinds had to be down all the time. We were unlucky with a school trip being accomodated at the hotel in the same date. Kids were enjoying the pool and had some activities in conference room just few doors from our room. Both nights they stayed up till 11PM running around hallways which affected our overall good impression from the hotel.

Very clean room had coffee maker fridge, and microwave. Hot breakfast had a good selection of many items.

Staff was extremely friendly! However, the room did not have washcloths or an iron. They were brought up with reminders.

The location was nice. That’s it. The staff was rude when it came to solving problems that’s not the guests issue. My room had hairs in the bed and floors were sticky when i arrived, got my room changed just for the new room to have more hairs in the bed and also crumbs in the living area as if it never got cleaned from previous guests. Staff was rude and tried to make it seem like i was lying even when i took them inside the room to show them. Had to get a refund from booking.com and charge hotels at the last minute which inconvenienced me!

Microwave. The carpet in the hallway smell bad. The room need to be updated.
