Everything was perfectly clean.

The next morning they did move us to a better room but overall it was smelly and not a good experience at all.

The Room was so much more than I expected. Lots of room. While I was only there one night, I immediately called my wife and said all our future family vacations should be at a Residence Inn.

The water was off for 22 hours and the front desk kept changing how long the water would be off.. I've stayed several times and I have had issues multiple times like my refrigerator didn't work for days and the general manager kept giving me excuses

I gave it low reviews because I booked for four nights, but they somehow gave away my first night. They then told me they communicated with me about my stay, but I received nothing.

Love this hotel

This location was great if you have a car and are headed to the city. Nearby Park & Ride was very convenient. Lots of outlets to work from the lobby/breakfast area. Better make sure to get downstairs for breakfast if you want coffee, no lobby coffee after breakfast. You do have coffee available in your room though, anytime. Nice fruit/cucumber infused ice water in the lobby, or “plain” in the workout room. Nice selection of snacks available in lobby, lots of nearby restaurant options. Two thumbs up!

The room was absolutely perfect; it was clean and smelled good. Staff was helpful and friendly from check in to check out. Breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast, only complaint is that it was not restocked close to the end of breakfast so if you aren’t there early, you miss out. Overall a good experience and would come back!

The menu was great the amount of guest were higher then usual because of weekend and holiday weekend at that. If you plan on going to breakfast the earlier the better is my advice.

Really nice residence in with renovations. Love the terrace area Two times my room had an odor to it. An unexplainable odor

The room was clean and nice. Breakfast could be better . But not terrible. Wish the had better pillows and more pillows needed a few extra and they werent offering them when i asked for them but overall a good experience.

Clean room. Kitchen Amenities in the suite were a plus. Couple items in the room were not functioning properly. AC unit was very loud. Sofa bed was broken so the headrest section wasn't horizontal, but tilted downwards. Had to shove the sofa cushions behind the bed frame to keep head area flat. The ice maker in the freezer wasn't working properly and there are no other ways to get ice on premises (according to staff)

I saw a lot of ppl calling to complain about the $250 credit hold. I’m not gonna lie and say when I saw they held this much per stay that I was honestly ready to cancel my reservation because I never stayed somewhere that held that much and ppl seemed to be waiting a long time to get it back but mine came back quickly and I enjoyed my nightly stay! Comfortable

Hotel was great. Some updates have been nice. Pretty quiet overall. Nice place for a night or two. Recommend they add some ice machines to the building. The ones in the freezer never get turned on enough to work.

Nothing The place is filthy. The room was very dust and dirty. The carpet is so old you can see the dirt and smell the dirt. I was not pleased.
