Staybridge Suites Washington DC East - Largo by IHG

Second time at Staybridge. I enjoyed every minute.

Staff was terrible upon check in. Jessie or something. Short. Abrasive. Shouldn't be in customer service. Elevator smelled absolutely TERRIBLE. I almost threw up upon entry. No hot foods. The waffle machines weren't even on an hour after it was breakfast hours. Room was extremely warm upon entering. Took almost an hour for it to cool down.

Clean room, excellent location. We would return!!

Everytime I stay I feel safe and the staff is peasant and helpful. Good breakfast and comfortable beds. Always my go to when in the DC area.

The property was kept in excellent condition the staff was awesome. The in the ability to cook on the grill was exceptional. The was a social that made it easy for guest to eat and stay on schedule. It was like a home away from home.

We liked the price and the suites we got. It was definitely worth the money. The fact that there was no one at the front desk when we first got to the hotel. The hotel should have at least two people helping customers check in.

Great stay for visiting washington dc. About a 20-30 minute commute. Parking onsite. Hotel was clean, breakfast was good, room was clean and had a pleasant smell. Bed was comfy and soft pillows. Staff was friendly. Would recommend!!

The room was really spacious and everything was clean! Offer breakfast until 10 during the week as well.

Everything! The pillows were really flat so it hurt my neck and back for two days.

The location was good, easy to access DC in 35 minutes by car. the hotel in general was good, the breakfast was a great buffet with variety, the common areas are nice, the room has a enough spaces but the beds have too old mattresses uncomfortable springs to rest, the worst is the sofa bed were stained, broken and unhealthy to sleep on it... not comfy to sit there at all, the hotel rooms needs be updated asap, otherwise is was good.

Excellent More TV channels. We were just able to watch local channels.

I would have liked to see the room get cleaned more often. We were there for 5 days, and the room was cleaned 2x.

The room was nice but the hallway and the elevator had a horrible stinch like animals or something. The lobby smelled wonderful but going to the room smelling that awful smell was horrible. Also, they require a $250 deposit ridiculous!
