The hotel is beautiful. Especially, common areas inside and outside. The architecture is very nice blend of modern comfort with a touch of local culture. The pool areas feels like oasis. Plenty chairs to choose from. Everyone had very professional approach. The location is good for someone who wants more peace and quiet atmosphere but there is a bus stop in front of the hotel from where you can easily get to Larnaca center or other places such as Protaras and Aya Napa. Also there is a great bakery located on main street along a few good restaurants. Complementary wine tasting was a lovely idea and so was the Cyprus evening. I was only surprised to see that not even non—alcoholic drinks were not included in our half board option for dinner. Prices in bars located inside the resort were higher.

Exceptional hotel. Grounds are beautiful from the moment you walk into the lobby with its serene and fresh decor - and the stunning sculpture (which we learned is by a respected local artist). The two swimming pools lead directly to a lovely beach - quiet, calm and clean. The pool area is elegant and trendy - we especially liked the cabanas (no extra charge just first come first served). Staff are very friendly and helpful - they really have guests' care and comfort at heart and check all is okay. It has a very nice vibe of being modern but also traditional with its stonework and artwork, so you feel like you are at a Cyprus hotel. Room very comfortable, food very nice.

The area in the pool was very beautiful and the staff was very warm.

I loved the staff and the breakfast, it was amazing and the service is just impeccable, the staff are so helpful and the facilities are a bit outdated however still very well maintained, the beach is nice and the location is great in terms of transit, also the ride from the airport was great I honestly can’t even complain, I’m a picky person with hotels and everything was up to par, also walked around to other hotels on the boardwalk and this hotel is better than 9/10 of any of the other ones,

Very clean hotel with well-maintained pools and facilities. The atmosphere was friendly and welcoming, and all staff members were kind and helpful. We especially appreciated the exceptional service from the reception team. When I needed to visit a pharmacy, a staff member kindly drove my daughter and me there, waited for us, and brought us back to the hotel. This thoughtful gesture truly exceeded our expectations. This was our second stay here, and we would be happy to return again.

Great service, pool and sea Curtains not covering the window. Strong light cane in early in the morning, pillows nor comfortable, air conditioning made noise

Food was sub par for the level and price of the hotel.

The lobby was airy & clean. The pool area and bar were spacious and clean. The staff were absolutely wonderful, everyone was friendly and welcoming. The air conditioning is ancient. It was ridiculously noisy, and is in desperate need of updating. We asked if there was another room available as nothing could be done with the AC, the staff found us another room but the AC was still far too noisy. To describe what it was like - it sounded like an extractor hood over a hob going at full speed. It was too much. My mother who I was with, and is fully deaf in one ear, and had about 60% hearing in the other ear couldn’t sleep because it was so loud. So despite the effort to offer us another room, we opted to check out at midnight and drove back to Limassol to our apartment. It was truly disappointing, but we weren’t going to stay another night to listen to that racket, to check out in the morning and drive back home.

Beautiful grounds and pools! Really well kept and lovely to be in. lots of sun loungers. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was very basic. Fresh but nothing to write home about. Breakfast reoeated itself and no interesting salads or pastries. The room was fine, clean and comfortable but certainly not luxurious. Small details could have really upgraded our experience.

The hotel's facilities are nowhere near the standard expected of a five-star property. The spa, in particular, was very disappointing and did not resemble what one would expect from a quality spa experience. The showers in the spa did not provide hot water, and access to the hot tub required an additional charge of €45, which was surprising given the hotel's advertised rating. The room itself also fell far short of five-star standards, and in many respects did not even meet the expectations of a four-star hotel. The interior furnishings are outdated, the bathroom appears to be from the 1970s, and the shower is located inside a bathtub, making it inconvenient to use. In addition, water leaked onto the bathroom floor during every shower. While the air conditioning cooled the room effectively, it was extremely noisy throughout the night, making it difficult to sleep comfortably. Overall, we did not feel that the hotel provided good value for the price charged and were disappointed by the significant gap between the advertised rating and the actual guest experience.

All the staff was really nice and kind. The hotel facilities were also very good, very well maintained and they even allowed a short shower after check-out, before heading back to the airport.

The hotel has a nice structure, with a very beautiful pool and an extremely comfortable access to the beach, which is very adequate for a toddler. The staff was very kind at all times. The room was spacious and well-distributed. The hotel is a good 3 stars, but definitely not 5, even compared with Larnaca city center 4 stars. The juices for breakfast were all artificial, with box juice taste. The shower was only a douche with fixed angle and low pressure: we had to stand squeezed in a corner to get wet (and I'm a thin 1.60m person). The room had blackout curtains, but they wouldn't block the light from getting in, so I woke up everyday with the sun.
-
The food needs a serious improvement, children's area can be more varied and have more toys, slides that aren't broken and other things to keep small kids busy
-
The dinner was not good enough for people with lactose intolerance.
-
The hotel is in an excellent location next to the beach. There are restaurants and a supermarket nearby. The rooms are large and well equipped. The receptionist was friendly and helped us a lot. We will visit again.

Nothing Booking advertised this as a 5 star hotel and that it is not. They use papers and have 2 ancient computers. Staff were no where to be found for 5 mins after arrival. Weirdly smelling hotel. 2 person fitting elevator that has filthy carpet. Room feels like a dorm room. Ancient, dark, rough bedding on tiny beds. Just please don’t bother if you’re expecting any luxury

All staff very helpful
