The beds were comfy but they are two separate single beds that were brought together. Not a deal breaker but I’d expect at least a queen bed for a 4 star hotel

* Great room * Fantastic shower * Very nice breakfast * Good location - close to the central area and the beach * Overall a good hotel for a layover for the night when having to fly somewhere else thed ay after * Couldn't operate air conditioner at all * Only two rolls of toilet paper in the bathroom * Hand towel hanger is too low * Outside is quite noisy

New and clean hotel. Nice breakfast. Located in the city center. Soundproof room.

Clean and modern.

I asked for adapter from lady at reception she want 3 euro to charge my phone where all other hotels in Cyprus give it for free and you give back while checking out.

The hotel is very modern, renovated, very very clean. Great staff, good service. The rooms are big relatively to hotels, comfortable, very clean, the bathroom pleasant, great water stream and hot water. The breakfast is great with large variety of everything. Enjoyed every meal. The pool is small but very nice. The fact there is a bar next to the pool is great. We spent few hours including lunch and it was really great. The place is quiet, no noise, both outside and inside. Very convenient location - few min to the beach and few min to old quarters Bottom line - great place. Too sunny in the pool. Can be great to do some tent

Conveniently located: beach and tourist spots within walking distance. None?

Temperature control - one room was cooler than the other despite the thermostat set up for the same temperature in both rooms. Also, temperature fluctuates during the night. Window opened slightly in one room and was locked in another room. If you put a towel on the floor, the cleaning staff will remove it but not replace it with another towel- so you have to ask the reception desk to give you a new towel

We loved that our room was spacious, modern, and efficient. The location of the hotel is right in the middle of the city, but only a block away from the beach. It is super close to the fort as well, which makes for a great early morning walk. There is a small gym on site with one stat bike, one treadmill, a multi-machine, and some free weights. The included breakfast is super, with a great variety of various foods and fruits, and to date, is the best breakfast we have had on the island so far. The staff here were lovely, and complement the hotel well.

There was a misunderstanding between the hotel and Booking about our room, but the hotel handled it very well and immediately arranged for us to move to another room at no extra cost. The hotel was exceptionally clean, the staff were friendly, and breakfast was good. On our last day, one of the managers kindly invited us to spend time at their other hotel to enjoy the private beach and pool. The hotel charges €3–4 to rent a plug adapter, which can be bought for less at a nearby grocery store. other than that, after we change a room, everything was great!

The rooms are so comfortable and new, the breakfast was good, the pool is very nice and small so there was quite that we could relax. The staff especially in the breakfast and the pool bar are kind and great. The hotel can organize a parking spot for 6 euro for a day. Thank you very much

The breakfast had a wide variety of foods and the staff offered suggestions of local specialties to try. There is a juice / smoothie bar next door and they will even deliver to the hotel pool area. The area is very walkable, with several restaurants nearby, including a wine and tapa bar that I liked. The beach and some key tourist attractions are nearby, including the Saint Lazarus Church and Museum of Archeology that I visited. The pool area was relaxing - there is also a bar to order drinks and food. I happened to be staying at the hotel during their 1 year opening anniversary and they invited me and other guests to join in their celebration with cake and bubbles. Everyone was very friendly. I wish the pool stayed open later.

The location was amazing, close to everything we needed. The breakfast was very nice and offered many options. We had the pool mostly to ourselves since everyone was at the beach! The staff were very friendly and helpful.

I ended up staying at the Mercure in Cyprus unexpectedly, due to the war in Israel — and I truly couldn’t have asked for a better place to land during such a stressful time. The hotel itself is stunning, with comfortable, well-designed facilities that made me feel at ease right away. The rooftop bar is a real gem — peaceful, stylish, and a perfect spot to unwind. But what truly stood out was the warmth and kindness of the staff. Every single person I interacted with was welcoming, understanding, and incredibly supportive. They created a sense of calm and comfort that meant so much, especially under the circumstances.
