First of all, the location is excellent-right next to the Church of Saint Lazarus and just a 2–3 minute walk from Finikoudes Beach. The rooms are comfortable, and housekeeping is provided every day. The hotel has a small but cozy garden with chairs, and a balcony is available for drying wet clothes. The hotel also features a shared terrace for guests, offering a beautiful view of the Church of Saint Lazarus. There were a few drawbacks as well. The Wi-Fi connection was unreliable at times. On one side of the hotel, there is an Arabic restaurant where music is played until midnight, which made it difficult to sleep. The biggest downside for me, however, was the uncomfortable pillows.

Great location, a few steps away from St. Lazarus church and the pier. Polite staff, clean. There's plenty of parking nearby for just 3 euros/day, super affordable. Loved it. Not accessible. There are quite a few stairs to climb to get to the room.

I didn't like the fact that anyone could've taken our keys to the room as we arrived after checkin hours and it was left outside in a box.

No complains. Everything was fine.

Noise at night, but it was ok

Staff (reception and cleaning lady) are the best. Easy communication via WhatsApp. Unlike the other hotels in Larnaca, Bathroom essentials (shampoo & shower gel, toilet paper) are being updated every day! Again, uncomfortable pillows.

The room wasn’t very big but it also wasn’t small, it had a comfortable size. There were all the amenities needed including electric kettle, cups, coffee, tea, etc… The location is amazing. The place is clean and well maintained. Right next to the hotel there’s a really good parking area for only 3 Euros Nothing

Excellent stay at City Alkisti Hotel! The location is perfect, close to the beach, restaurants, and the main attractions of Larnaca. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Great value for money and a wonderful atmosphere. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it.

The toilet was a bit small and there is no lift. Furthermore the railing is placed in such a way that, if you happen to have balance problems, it may be somewhat tricky to lift the luggage on the first floor or even go up and down the stairs.

I was very happy to see the mimi fridge in the room, it was very useful. The location is top. In the center of town, very close to the waterfront, and very quiet, at the same time. The lack of view from my room, but it was negligible.

Very old and small room

In the booking I mentioned a city view room. However I was given another room with the backside of the hotel. I asked about it, they did not change anything

the location is super cool. close to the beach and all, in the church circle, but unfortunately bad experience, the matress was not comfortable, the fridge restarts every 15 minutes or so and makes noise shaking the cutlery on top of it! the night was a nightmare. the place isn't sealed properly for noise, you hear the loud motorcycles and teenagers at the middle of the night as theyr are in your room unfortunately bad experience, the matress was not comfortable, the fridge restarts every 15 minutes or so and makes noise shaking the cutlery on top of it! the night was a nightmare. the place isn't sealed properly for noise, you hear the loud motorcycles and teenagers at the middle of the night as theyr are in your room

Good communication. Easy self-check-in. Charming interior courtyard. Neat room. Great location.

This place is perfect for short stays or solo traveling. Simple, but comfortable rooms where you can find all you need. The hotel stuff taking a great care of day-to-day cleaning and customer service. The hotel has a beautifull hidden garden to chill. Some of the amenties are old, and the room itself is rather small. My window room was blocked and with shutters as it was too close to the wall of the next building.

Great location, easy to access, comfy bed and great for my one night’s rest in Larnaca. Close to many restaurants and bars. Just a short walk to the bus station to take my early morning bus to the airport. They struggled to get through to me and called/messaged about 10 different times to make sure I understood how to get the key. I responded in 3 different ways and somehow they still didn’t hear from me. But I wouldn’t hold this against them as I know they just wanted to make sure I got the message as they would be unstaffed when I arrived.
