The hotel is very clean, the breakfast is nice, the location is very good, just 3-5 minutes walk from the beach For this price everything was good

The location was excellent, right in the city center, very close to everything. Great breakfast, spacious and clean rooms. Will stay here again and recommend it to others.

Great location, very close to all what you need, you can get walking anywhere in Larnaka plus there are dozens of nice bars, restaurants and shops nearby. Room was overall comfy and very clean, big enough to relax and rest. Breakfast was very good, good varieties of sweet and savory and really nice ladies serving it with great views under the sun or inside. Would recommend. Nothing really, all worked great.

Asked to use the hot tub that is on the roof, but there was maybe a miscommunication among the staff, so it wasn't ready in the evening when we wanted to use it, and didn't end up being very hot. If it had been hot, it would have been a lovely rooftop view in the evening.

A charming hotel in the center of the old city. The rooms are marvelous. each one is dedicated to another artist, with pieces of art of the relevant artist. Warm abd smily service. They handed us the room keys way before the check-in time. Very good breakfast at their rooftop. Highly recomended. None

Cons • Slight noise from the street • The surrounding area is under construction, which can make access — especially by taxi — a bit inconvenient • The bed was made of two single beds pushed together, which wasn’t the most comfortable option • It would be nice to have more TV content options for kids

We stayed here for New Year's Eve and used the rooftop jacuzzi. For those who don't mind the cold, they operate the jacuzzi year-round upon request. (It was 18-20 °C outside, and the water was 24-25 °C). I definitely recommend it!

Close to St Lazarus church, beaches, bus stops, restaurants. Staff were friendly and nice breakfast. Spacious rooms. Construction outside.

Location and owners are very kind Lot of road works around the hotel. The shower tub needs to be renovated and they need to give more attention to limestone around the rails of the tub

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. Their helpfulness and warm hospitality truly made our experience exceptional. Nothing. The only spot was the roadworks next to the property, but there is nothing the hotel might do. The good thing is that they always make sure that the roadworkers work even though the holiday.

We felt like in a family hotel, we recieved a great and personal treatment. They gave us information about eveything we needed and asked for, they always cared how do we feel and how was our day... there is not enough space in the bathroom to put our stuff
