The location is good, the breakfast is served at the roof restaurant, very nice. It was no hot water in the shower. Also, the hotel parking is extremely small (for 5 cars only), needed to park across the road on the unpaved surface.

Excellent breakfast buffet. One of my favorites
-
Nothing special. Maybe the bathroom is too small
-
Cleanliness and friendly staff. Pillows were not comfortable.

Friendly staff and very suppoetive breakfast is great Nothing
-
Friendly welcome, spacious room, good breakfast. Room 207, balcony door broken and didn't close properly, so excessive traffic noise and air conditioning didn't work, reducing sleep and comfort.

Very clean Amazing staff Good breakfast Nice new gym with street view

We had a great stay at this hotel in Larnaca. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout our visit, always happy to help with anything we needed. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated, with some really cool paintings on the walls that gave the hotel a unique character. The breakfast was excellent, with plenty of options, and the rooftop offered beautiful views while dining. The gym was well-equipped and a nice bonus during our stay. The location was also very convenient, just a short walk from the beach and close to everything we needed. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and we would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Larnaca.

The bed mattress is not comfortable
-
Great breakfast and location. Comfortable room for the price.
-
A little noisy but it's bearable

All the bathroom amenities are cheap and low quality. They don’t even give you actual toilet paper rolls. It’s the cheap dispensed toilet paper that you pull and comes out piece by piece. It’s pathetic they can’t give you real rolls of quality toilet paper. Blow dryer was cheap, flimsy and low quality.

Cool vibe, friendly, professional and helpful staff, delicious breakfast Room itself is not so upgraded standard, AC is not easy to handle, water wasn’t warm enough steam was weak
-
Cool vibes and top location! Will gladly return next time I’m in Larnaca

Gym could use an upgrade

Lovely breakfast with a view, very friendly and helpful staff. Good location, approx. 10min walk to the intercity bus stop. Many restaurants and shops within walking distance.
-
Location, bed comfort, and cleanliness Bathroom extractor is not independent from light. Plus it makes lots of noise. Breakfast okay but surprised they don’t offer natural or fresh orange juice in a country full of oranges. The hotel facade is not welcoming. Paintings on outer and inner walls do not convey a peaceful atmosphere; on the contrary, they give an impression of decline and darkness.

Bed comfort

Very nice hotel. It was clean and comfortable, not far from the beach, and the breakfast was delicious.

Good and delicious breakfast, a bit repetitive, but you could find every day something new added to the buffet. The hotel has a good location, walking distance to the seaside is about 5-10min, car parking is limited, but there is a garage nearby - 3-5min walk, where you pay 3 eur for the entrance, and you can stay for how long you need. It is a bit hidden in a building called Nicolaides City. You'll need a coins, no card or paper money accepted. Bed was not so comfortable, mattress was a bit worn out and stiff. Bathroom was a bit smaller. Some things could be fixed, like sliding doors on a balcony and doors at bathroom.
