The view and the balcony. The organizing of those trips. The team are amazing as well. Especially, Anastasia, She was so supportive and advisor. She made my trip more valuable.

Location: nothing special around, only flat beach. We need a car to get to touristic places.

There was a lot of bugs in the room. Room not properly cleaned. Reception Staff unkind and rude, especially the first night.
-
People at reception really nice and friendly , spacious quite hotel supermarkets and fast food nearby House keeping very bad service , insects everywhere in the balcony and room , bathroom , we stayed for 4 days and our balcony was not cleaned at all although full of dead insects , very bad for the hotel as it is really a nice hotel

Good reception team supportive and friendly
-
The receptionist was not helpful and disrespectful when requesting assistance to try and connect with Room Service to order food to the room. Bathrooms are old and not reflective of the value for money for such a hotel.

Interior & Comfort: Stunning design, well-appointed rooms, high-quality furniture, and a very spacious safe. Pools: The indoor pool is a great advantage, allowing for a swim regardless of the weather. Dining: The food is delicious and of high quality. Portions are generous, and the ingredients are clearly premium. Security & Tech: High level of security with card-controlled lift and room access. Staff: The team is friendly, attentive, and professional. Soundproofing: Despite the surrounding construction, the rooms are very quiet. Amenities: A beautiful seaside bar with great views, plus fitness and table tennis facilities. Unfair Meal Plan Policy: Due to the check-in time, the paid lunch on the first day is impossible to use, and the hotel offers no compensation or rescheduling for this paid service. Essentially, guests pay for a meal they do not receive. Additionally, it's a strange feature of their Full Board that all water or tea at lunch and dinner comes at an extra cost, when one would expect basic drinks to be included. Technical Flaws: Chromecast is unreliable (somehow worked with a PC but not with an Android phone). While HDMI connectivity is advertised, the ports are physically inaccessible. Spa Deficiencies: The Spa is quite small. There are no proper changing rooms (guests have to use toilets). In the men’s area, there was no hot water, and all showers were partially out of order. Room Maintenance: I noticed some defects like peeling paint and a large hole in the wardrobe, which detracts from the hotel's intended luxury feel. Resort Infrastructure: The hotel is marketed as a "Beach Resort," but the leisure facilities are poor. The pools are small, and on-site entertainment is virtually non-existent (just one table tennis table). The hotel is surrounded by construction, leaving nowhere to walk outside. Parking: Limited parking spaces are shared with conference guests, resulting in a completely full lot.

Nice comfy rooms with a gorgeous view. Staff is very friendly. There's someone to help you 24/7. The hotel has an amazing buffet spread and the amenities are fantastic. Great for families. Kids especially loved the indoor pool. No dislike.
-
We stayed at the building at right side of the pool , all the surface floors in the corridors are very ugly does fit 5star hotel Beside that there is no room for nothing in the bathroom
-
nothing to add
-
The location I’m a Radisson customer… it’s not to the level of any other Radisson… we changed twice the room in one stay because of bad AC
-

Fantastic Breakfast spread, Local variants and continental, All fresh, Very nice view and super clean. Friendly staff, Superb pool, Easy access to Beach. Nothing specific. Road to the hotel was in construction and hence we encountered a flat tyre, For the breakfasts, perhaps the croissants could be more crunchy like the french variants :-)
