The place was nice and clean. The rooms were very spacious. The pool was not open and I wish they would advertise that at the time of booking or on the website!! That is a big plus for us. If we would have known the pool wasn’t open we would not have chose this hotel.

Very nice and spacious room. The mattress was very comfortable. The overall experience was great.

A/C made a loud noise before starting each time and the door didn’t close all the way so others opening and closing their doors made ours make a rattling noise.

The breakfast person was always overwhelmed when people were asking for refills of coffee or creamer. It's not hard.

Did not like layout of the hotel only one elevator was on the second floor and was on the opposite end of the hotel. It was walk to the room down 2 different hallways.

We have stayed at this hotel before, so we knew what to expect. The stay was what we expected. Unfortunately the room A/C was making an odd noise when it operated. We reported it when we checked out.

It was a quiet stay. Rooms are large. I did noticed beds were double beds, not two queen size beds. However, mattresses were very comfortable.

Rooms and beds were comfortable and attractive. Stayed two nights a few days apart. No laundry and no pool or hot tub as advertised! First night we received a credit which was great but I needed to do laundry!! Temporary thing I’m sure as it looks like they are doing a lot of remodeling but bad timing for us.
