Very good facilities, food excellent. Plenty of sunbeds.

The apartment is clean, big, the pool and sunbathing facilities are ok. There are 2 or 3 restaurants on site, didn’t try the food a la carte, but coffee was good. The food itself at dinner buffet and breakfast was good. I stayed at 425, asked for late checkout right at the beginning, paid the 40€ to checkout at 2 PM. Right next door drilling began at 9:30 that lasted all throughout me leaving at 2 PM. The hotel didn’t seem full, why give somebody late checkout in a room that becomes an unbearable place? This is unacceptable and why not doing renovations during winter? There was a bad smell in the apartment coming from the pipes especially in the bathroom where it was horrible. There’s no active smell suction system in it either. At buffet not even tap water was included, you need to buy if you need (it’s more than 3€ for half a liter). I understand no alcohol or more specialty drinks included but not even tap water is unbelievable. At breakfast the juice (tried pineapple) was as if it were mixed with milk and then left to rot, the coffee was slightly sweet brown water. Undrinkable. It’s a pet friendly hotel, which is great but no signs reminding that the dogs should be on leash, I had one coming to attack me, had to tell owner to put on leash, that happened on the hallway. The location is the worst I’ve seen in Tenerife, dirt on streets, sketchy people on the streets, I felt very unsafe as woman alone.

Only stayed one night, but really enjoyed our stay

Nothing BEDBUGS!!! Do not stay here. Got bitten multiple times by bedbugs until we decided to inspect the beds and found 3 big fed bedbugs. Showed stuff the dead bugs and they just gave us a pray can to spray it all over. Mind you it was around midnight, we spent horrible night and decided to check out one day early and spend it somewhere else. When we were checking out then the stuff offered to clean the room and inspect it and then change us rooms, it was TOO LATE. We lost around €100 for that last night. Very disappointing as we were only spending 3 days in Tenerife. (The spray can bug poison only made cockroaches die and come out)

The pool area is really good. The apartment size was also decent. There was an adequate amount of cutlery and other vessels needed for cooking for 2 people. Apartment is cleaned only once a week.

The breakfast was ok, but not wow.

The staff is frendly and knows a lot of different languages. Every day they have different games by the pool. Is a great hotel for families with kids.

That's what we' re looking for, when we're planning our holiday to the Canarian !? There wasn't any intertaiment for the children at the everything, something like a karaoke or the childrens dancing, or a games... Only about the one hour of the show from the staff, or a coming guests, such like a singers or a "<<DJ play>>"?, or even jut a tablet Playlist.

The pool area was great. The landscaping was well maintained. The manager who gave us a new room (the first one had a bad sewer smell) was very kind and accommodating. I appreciated the fact the the staff at the front desk spoke good English. One big reason I picked this hotel is the beds were GOOD! They were. The breakfast buffet was huge. What was frustrating is getting there at 7:30 when they opened and the hot food was COLD. When going at 9AM one day they had run out of many things. The coffee was lame. We wound up skipping breakfast many times to go where they had good coffee.

We stayed at your hotel from 23 February to 2 March at Ona Alborada. Unfortunately, our stay was affected by a serious issue in the room 572. From the second night onward, we started experiencing bites during the night. At first, I believed they might have been spider bites, but later I discovered a dead bed bug in the mattress, which I photographed. This confirmed the source of the problem. When we reported the issue to reception, the bedsheet was changed; however, this did not solve the problem and I received additional bites that night. The following morning, I requested a different room, and after we moved, we did not experience any further bites. Unfortunately, the bites I had already received became infected, and I had to visit a doctor during our stay. The medical costs were EUR 65, plus EUR 16.12 for medication and cream. Given the circumstances, I believe it would be reasonable to reimburse the full compensation for the room rate, as this issue significantly affected our stay. I look forward to your reply and hope we can resolve this matter amicably. We stayed at your hotel from 23 February to 2 March at Ona Alborada. The location was perfect, such a nice and lovely place with nice and welcoming staff. We really had a great time there. The room was clean and big and we had such a nice view. The food was so delicious. We also loved the big pool and the ocean view there. The hotel had very good vibe and atmosphere. Im highly recomending this place for stay.

It was close to shops, restaurants and had a nice view The staff were very friendly and helpful Not all appliances worked, it was rather cold in the room, They drained the pool on Thursday which was a shame because we were leaving on the Friday and didn’t get to swim again as the water was too cold. The food was ok but just repeated day after day

The location is very convenient, there are many cafes and shops nearby, parking across the street. Pool and the facilities were great, room had everything we needed. Staff was super friendly Paid towels might be the only downside I can think of, but we knew about that beforehand and it wasn't a problem for us at all

The parking and drop off/loading situation was not ideal but we were able to find parking.

The cleaning team was horrible. When we got there we noticed that was dust on everything nightstand and drawers. We had a dirty duvet cover with a mosquito/fly blood from the previous guests probably. The cleaning didn’t bother to change it. Cleaning for 7 days it was scheduled only once and this wouldn’t have been a problem if they would clean, but dust was again there and the blood on that duvet cover still there. I complained at the reception about the dust and the duvet cover and the provided fresh ones, but the room still dusty until the end and probably to the next guests. Also you have to pay for everything - fresh towels, seif, fan.

The place is lovely and has everything you need The food was super mid

Staff were nice, food was good. No water, couldn’t take showers for almost 2 days. When we arrived, bathroom wasn’t clean. Big hairball on floor. Saw and smelt mold in bathroom. On hotel premises pavement and tar was broken up everywhere, buildings looked unkept.

Nice location and newly renovated apartments with smart TVs in the living room and bedroom. The kitchen was nicely equipped, and the beds were very comfortable! Quiet area with shops, restaurants, and a gym nearby. Nice breakfast Buffet food tags were inaccurate. I am a vegetarian and had a very bad surprise on a few occasions - the label said that there were mushroom croquetas and spinach quiche when in reality the croquetas and quiche were both made out of ham. The ramps going down to the swimming pool by block 7 are very slippery. There were many jumping spiders in our room and a cockroach by the swimming pool.
