The staff was great, the rooms were clean and comfortable, the breakfast was good, but the parking was okay but too many buses and so you could not find a parking spot.

The only request I would have is they have a soft pillow or 2 in each room and not all very full and hard ones

Was visiting with friends in town and had to stay one night at the Best Western. My wife left a bag in the closet and we didn't realize it until later in the day after checking out. Staff at the desk was wonderful and helped us to retrieve the bag. Would definitely stay here again.

I choose BW Plus because they usually have a good breakfast. This one was way below par....no decaf coffee, no hot water for tea, juice machine was out of order and there was no fruit. I will look elsewhere next time.
