Very Clean and beds and pillows very comfortable Main pool was out of service so pool in our building was always packed. Alot of the events for kids closed way early especially on a weekend so kids didn't enjoy thier time

Historic building, beach is near but need to drive, pool is very nice for adults and kids. Sometimes nosy at night if your bedroom is on the lower floors. comfy beds and clean

Overall, this hotel has solid perks for families. The property was clean, the pool was a huge hit with the kids, and having a full kitchen was convenient. However, several frustrating issues, time share sales, and last minute rebook took away Timeshare Pitch at Check-in: Right after check in,you go to get bracelets and are offered a time share sales pitch with incentive. Zero Flexibility for Flight Cancellations: If you end up at the airport and your flight gets cancelled, you can not call the front desk and try to extend your stay. They do not take reservations at the desk. You have to book online for next day. Non-Functional Wi-Fi: The internet did not work at all. The front desk handed me a third-party phone number to request a reboot, which never resolved the issue. I had to rely on my personal hotspot the entire stay. Plumbing Issues: The shower diverter was broken—water continued to pour from the tub spout while the showerhead was on, creating an awful screeching noise. Outdated Kitchen: The kitchen is functional but could use a pasta stainer and updated coffee maker.

Loved my stay here, the rooms were clean and spacious and the hotel staff were so friendly and welcoming.

We liked everything: kitchen facilities, washing machine, the equipment in general. The view from the window was perfect and the staff were very helpful (especially the woman at the reception desk). Our apartment was clean, we slept really well. No such thing.

The location was fine Overall, it was a nice resort for the money furnishings were a little dated

The room was amazing. There were a few things that needed to be fixed the day we arrived at the room. First the toilet had to be fixed they did fix it but you had to hold the lever down to make sure toilet flushed. Next the refrigerator was not working they did replace it but the one they bought in was not good. We could not use the ice maker made too much noise. The top shelf of the refrigerator keeps getting wet. I did email and let them know that before the next guest checked in they may wish to get these items fixed. Also when I checked out I let the front desk know about the refrigerator. They did not have too much to say. Another wise the room was great

Tried to sell a time share to me and bothered me when I didn't make the appointment. Guy was creepy.

Excellent stay

Location is near MGM, and close to the strip. Loved how quiet our hallway was. Kitchen is nice, all utensils clean. Pool, gym, hot tub and sauna were a real good experience. Parking a available day or night Shuttle, was waiting for a long time. One came, but AC was not working…

The property is great ! It’s a good 10 min walk to the strip. Everything was clean and well set up! The only thing as other reviews is that they asked you to attend a meeting/ presentation . We all declined , they offered us a gift card and breakfast but we said no. It’s uncomfortable keep saying no thank you but other than that everything else was great !

Everything is excellent, I prefer this place over other ones, when I need coming to Vegas always I”ll coming back I don’t wanna buy “share times, please”

I felt like I was home away from home with my family. Im looking forward to future stays. Thank you.
