The hotel is good, staff is average. I have 2 rooms in the middle of August which is their slow season, they can not put 2 rooms close to each other. And told me that they are sold out so they are not able to arrange both rooms to be near. In fact, the hotel is still selling rooms online. The desk agents were not friendly except Delano who checked us in.

The property was spotless, secure, and truly stunning.

The hotel is typically what you would expect from a Hilton. Staff is courteous and helpful. However it is a HGV property and they really push you to attend a presentation. Also, when you are a Hotel guest, you can expect a lower floor and on the street night, you can hear sirens all night. One night they were jackhammering in the street, fortunately the Hotel was able to move me to the other side.

Nothing bad to say

Beautiful, clean and comfortable! My only complaint is the dark old cigarette smelling self parking structure. I wish they had their own separate parking lot. Overall, LOVED the hotel room and stay.
-
Beautiful Hotel. I will surely come back

Best Stay in Vegas ever.

The faciiity wsa fantastic and 90% of the employees were great. Here is the issues we had...the hot tub jets did not work, we requested repair 3x before it was actually fixed. The maid entered out room and I asked her to just do the restrooms and kitchen since the kids were asleep still and she said 'oh,mami I am so tired, so tired' like I was asking for too much...just wierd. She did end up doing it, but I felt like she ws trying to guilt me out of it. Third and this is the one that makes me take pause...The last day we had to check out at 10 am and we flew out later. We were hanging out in the pool and my son (in a wheelchair) needed to use the restoom. The handicap single use restroom requires a room key to open, I asked the security near the elevators to open the door for him, he refused saying he cannot leave his post. I then asked the salespeople accross rom the secutiy station and they said no. I then asked the welcme host and she said to ask security. I explained he refused. She went and covered his post so he could unlock the door. All together it took a good 5 minutes to get access and everyone with exception of the hostess was not helpful. It is very concerning that a handicaped person has to jump through hoops to gain access to a restroom. Later in the day he needed the restroom again and he waited outside since it was occupied. A employee was on his phone in the restroom for 20 min before he came out, he did not use the RR (we heard the whole conversation).
