Good breakfast

The included breakfast is great, especially if you're on a budget-it's not continental with just pastry and cold cereal. It's full on hot foods-eggs, sausage, waffles, oatmeal, bagels and bread to toast. We got our fill. The location is great if you want to get a way from the noise and traffic of the main Strip. I chose this location specifically for UNLV move-in day as it sits right across the campus. Getting to and from the school was a breeze. Also there's a cool Bavarian restaurant (Hofbrauhaus)-which I mistook for a hotel the entire time up until my last day-Try it! Fun, good food, good beer (for the parents who survived Move-in day). One of the hotel staff recommended I try it and it's just a few steps away.

The hotel was hot, in the lobby, in our room, the only cool spot was the hallway. I almost slept there.

Breakfast was decent too.

I do not recommend to reserve this hotel. It is old buildings.

Booking through Expedia was easy and check in was also easy. When we got to our room, we were immediately turned off by the smell in the room. The carpets looked funky and the room smelled wet and had lingering traces of cigarettes. There was candy wrapper by the curtain and stains on the couch. The bed was squeaky and sheets were rough. I felt so bad making my family stay here for the night. I hated the layout of the bathroom area- the sink area is open and faces the beds… so there’s so privacy at all. I got zero sleep from the toilet water that kept running along with the loud AC that turned on and off through the night. I could also hear planes and sirens through the window. We left before the breakfast buffet was open, so no comment on that.

Did not stay at the hotel due to front desk person we book with parking and breakfast online but the hotel did not give us those. That’s the reason we left.

This was the closest hotel to the university where our conference is being held. It was a 15 minute walk and manageable to do in summer heat. The breakfast buffet is outstanding and the rooms are very comfortable with plenty of space.It was also easy to take an Uber to the strip and quick airport trip.

My room was good, we had a few issues with some of the amenities provided, after calling the front desk, and having maintenance address the safe and refrigerator, all went well. There was a leak by the AC vent, most likely was condensation or a real possible leak, which made the carpet wet close the bed area. Good shower heat and pressure and space in the room. The bed could've been more comfy, kinda hard and unsettling. The breakfast was great, some good choices, but I would have appreciated a different breakfast protein offered during my stay. The hotel is close to shopping, restaurants, and the airport; which I love. They offer parking, but no rental car this time, we ubered. Overall, I would book again, for the price and location, is a bargain. The few negatives do not outweight the positive and entire experience. Check in and out was easy and communication was appreciated.

Everything was great ! No complaints at all . The staff is excellent so friendly & helpful in anyway possible. Will definitely recommend to others & would definitely stay there again in the future.

Cleanliness, value for price paid

The room was spacious and very clean. Parking was a $20 additional fee but it wasn't a secured parking lot and I was surprised that the elevator didn't need a room card to access.

The A/C was out in our room and front desk said they had no other room. It was 100 degrees outside. Was not a pleasant stay.
