Best Western McCarran Inn

Amelia assisted me with check in. She was extremely professional. She was very personable and had a great sense of humor. She needs to be commended. She's the kind of employee most employers would enjoy having on board.

Great location, easy parking and great staff

The location was perfect for a quick stop in Las Vegas. Breakfast was not to bad. Wish they had fresh waffles, fruit was nice. As a Best Western member I thought there would be more. It worked out in the end. Shuttle was ok we had to sit out in the heat to wait for it 105 was a little much.

The place is fols if tou need to be cloae to the airport. Try to call them for arrival to confirm the shuttle.

It s a fair property to stay for a night

Fast check in and clean rooms.

It is loud! You can hear the toilet running and equipment noises from other rooms to the point that the floor shakes. The floor is uneven with bulging surfaces which could be a hazard. The bathroom is too small to be a suite. It is dark. the room has no lights, only two lamps. It smelled weed in the hallway a couple of times (just in case you suffer from asthma or reactive asthma) Breakfast menu didn't have many options. All employees were nice and polite!

Room very clean and staff wonderful and knowledgeable. Close to the airport and rental car return. Only problem was the air conditioning was very noisy.

Mediocre location. No amenities close. Staff was arrogant. Facility average. In unit a/c loud and with minimal possible adjustments. I would not recommend.Try other options.

Our room was clean and roomy. Checked in late (2am) without a problem and they have a good continental breakfast. Would only be better if it was open until 10am instead of closing at 9am

I have not stayed here since the renovation. It is truly a plus for them. I would recommend to everyone! Staff gets 4 stars.
