Best Western McCarran Inn

The rooms don’t look like they do in the photos. Even the hotel itself looks much better in the pictures than it does in person.

We enjoyed our 2 night stay at Best Western McCarran. Staff were so nice and a very good breakfast to start the day. 👍👍👍👍👍

Breakfast was light as far as hotel provided breakfast goes. Very clean and rooms felt new… no flaws. Easy to check-in and checkout.

If you need to be close to the airport , excellent pick. The carpet should be changed , or replace it with floor ( more appealing) ! The positives, bathroom and all faucets upgraded. THE ROOM IS TOOO WORN DOWN, I probably wont stay here again, because of this. Also, Thankful that this property is not overpriced like most hotels in Las vegas.

The place served a need as we were stuck in Vegas because of the airlines. But the floor in the room needed a mopping.

Everyone was so helpful and kind. Once we got up to the third floor, we were a little confused by the room numbering. We were in Room 343, and when we stepped off the elevator, the only signs pointed to Rooms 300–312. I would suggest adding a sign pointing down the hallway to let guests know where the additional room numbers are located. Other than that, the hotel was fabulous! The breakfast was great, and the airport shuttle ride was convenient and enjoyable.

It was and we will come back to this hotel. Great place to stay good breakfast!

Well maintained property, the room was clean and quiet and the staff was amazing.

I don’t know how this hotel has really high ratings. It’s old and stinks as soon as you walk in. Had a cricket in my room. Beds were bad and AC inside the room did not work and I regret booking this room. Pictures look really nice but nope definitely fooled me. Also shuttle runs from 0600-2200 even though I didn’t use seems like not a great shuttle as why have a hotel by the airport and not 24/7 shuttle. Tru by Hilton and spark by Hilton down the road have 24/7. First and last time staying at a best western.

Cool place nothing to rave about

The property was clean and tidy and had the amenities that you would need to get by for an overnight stay.. we had an emergency hospital visit and had to stay an extra night as we missed our flight, we had no car and had to go get some medications and the staff were fantastic, couldn’t praise them any more, they told us where to go, what to do and to call them for anything … can’t thank them enough

We enjoyed the hospitality and the friendly staff on all levels. Kind, respectful and patient with those of us who need ADA. Thank you

I liked the proximity to the airport with convenient shuttle service. The staff I interacted with were all great. The only criticism was the AC in the room was lacking. A small unit that could not keep up. I had to sleep at the end of the bed to get any air movement at all. Granted it was about 100 degrees outside but that is really no reason not to have a decent AC.

The girl at the front desk was amazing and so helpful and funny. The room was clean and comfortable. Parking was easy and convenient and honestly my reason for staying there in the first place. My wife and daughter thought the place was a little bit sketchy when we arrived but we had no issues and enjoyed our stay there.
