The staff is nice. The parking was easy. The room was clean. The rest was okay

Room was very clean. Checkin was easy. Safe in room did not work and could not be fixed- managed by a 3rd party. Dock lock did not work, but maintenance very responsive and sort of fixed it. Door latch did not completely close. Good for 1 night layover. Did not like the exposure of the doors facing outside.

From the moment we arrived, it was clear that cleanliness and guest comfort were not priorities. The bed sheets appeared dirty, the towels were yellow-stained, and the room felt poorly maintained. For a hotel charging nearly $399 USD per night, the condition of the room was completely unacceptable. One of the most frustrating issues was housekeeping. We were never informed at check-in that room service would only be provided upon request. As a result, our room was not serviced, and we were left without basic necessities. Despite paying for a room for four guests, we were consistently given only two sets of towels. Whenever we needed additional towels, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, soap, or tissues, we had to go to the front desk and retrieve them ourselves. Some nights, there weren't even enough towels available. The lack of cleanliness, maintenance, and basic guest services made the entire stay uncomfortable. To make matters worse, the advertised "breakfast included" consisted only of coffee, tea, water, bananas, oranges, and granola bars. There were no hot items or substantial breakfast options. Overall, this was a disappointing and overpriced experience that did not come close to justifying the cost. I would not recommend this property to anyone.

El lugar está a muy limpio y bonito, el personal muy accessible aunque deberian de poner mas ya que es un poco tardado el check in, la alberca limpia, el hotel no cobra resort fee, pero si te descuentan un deposito de tu tarjeta y tardan en regresartelo. Todo lo demás un 100 de 10 cerca de ahí venden unos tacos bien ricos tienen que probarlos y súper económicos.

The room was a bit clean but could bot trust in the blanket and sheets. The receptionist at check in was rude.

It was really close to the airport

The room was not at the top condition but was clean. Looks like they just had a renovation or something with a new mirror and a new bench in the room. The breakfast was grab and go style, from 4:30 to 10:00 am, so, unfortunately, there was no hot food items. They did have a couple of tables to sit and eat though. The beds were comfortable and the Strip was about 15 min walk away. Overall, it was a good enough hotel.

When the description said there was a breakfast, we were under the impression it would be more than an oatmeal cream pie and donut stick. The first room we were given the a/c did not work due to someone stuffing dryer sheets in the unit. The second room was fine, just old and outdated and the water in the shower didn’t turn off completely.

The breakfast was just generic grab and go items. But the hotel was clean and staff was nice.

Low priced hotel, close to the airport. Even though it is right next to the airport, you still need to take a taxi to get there. The hairdryer in the room was broken.

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport, making it ideal for short stays and early flights. The bedding is comfortable, and the staff are exceptionally friendly and hospitable. The breakfast is very basic with limited options, but overall the stay is pleasant and convenient. Clean room but lame breakfast. You can’t just put out oatmeal and granola bars and call it a free breakfast! But the room and bathroom were very clean!

The room was small but clean. Good for one night, but not ideal for a longer stay. The hotel grounds looked a bit neglected and could be better maintained. Overall, an okay place for a short stopover. The area around the hotel felt somewhat uncomfortable, especially in the evening.

The pool could have more loungers, not a lot of seating.
