Cold AC. Spanish style architecture. Rattling AC in room 207, and very cold lighting was a letdown when compared to listing photos, jail cell vibes. Lifeless atmosphere overall with an empty event space and a bar and restaurant closed at 5PM. The 3PM check in and 11am check out doesn’t leave much chance to enjoy those amenities; why have a restaurant open between 11am and 3pm at all, given that the hotel is located in such a physically isolated part of town, knowing that you just missed your chance to grab a bite by a small sliver of time is very frustrating. I’m not sure why I’m getting IDd at the door to stay at a hotel that doesn’t seem to want to operate a bar or events on a busy weekend.

Our day was pretty terrible from the beginning. It started out when we tried to check in and were stuck in a room with twin beds when we booked a room with a king size bed. Then we got to the room and the AC did not work. It was 119° in Las Vegas with no AC!We are advised that there were no other rooms available, and that we had to deal with it until the following day at 3 o’clock when they could check us into another room.So as you can imagine, the rest of the afternoon and the night were horrible! We woke up the next day in hopes of getting a breakfast in the hotel (which they were supposed to provide $25 vouchers for),but unfortunately because they’re electronic system won’t let you pay for anything less than $25 on their menu.We had to buy breakfast at full price, due to the fact that nothing on their menu was over $25 except one thing. Then we were told, when we were being moved to our new room at 3 o’clock, after dealing with the heat all day long again, that they would calm the room for the first day due to our inconvenience, which at least would be something.Only to find out the next morning, when we were checking out, that the room was not comped, and that the lady working at the front desk, would not authorize it, due to her belief that her boss would not authorize it.I asked if her boss could be contacted and she said no, because she “couldn’t find her own personal phone, even though there were two landline’s present! And still no contact from the manager! Unexceptable!

I was surcharged when did was rebooked and prepaid
-
Wasn't accepted due to service dog Never got my full refund. They debited 225 dllrs and only refunded 28dllrs after requesting refunding me within 5 minutes of booking then finding out there's a 250 dllr deposit just for service animals which I did not see in the advertisement upon booking. Therefore I was wrongully charged twice for a service I never enjoyed and feel robbed .

Everything.. Great venue I couldn't stay longer
-
No ine warned us there would be a additional fee of $ 34 a day my room was on the second floor by a roof top that had the fans for the ac units ,I could hear them all night . I also blame Booking. Com for the miscommunication, I had to pay the extra fee or I would lose the money I already paid on the room . The staff was great from start to finish

I liked the staff at the front desk. I like the security at the front entrance. I think he could've been dressed better. This place is getting a really nice upgrade.
