Check in staff wasn’t the friendliest but other than that great stay. clean rooms, good restaurants, and wonderful pool. I would stay again!

The Palms Place was amazing. We had a great time. I would definitely book there again. The staff was so nice and helpful. They really want to bother and make our stay amazing.

I wasn’t happy with my accommodation, the rooms weren’t clean had to move 3Xs n wasn’t compensated

* No hot water. I waited approximately an hour and a half without receiving any estimated arrival time for maintenance. * When maintenance finally arrived, he ran the shower and kitchen sink for approximately 30 minutes, essentially doing the same thing I had already done myself, and there was still no hot water. * The bedding and furniture appeared old and worn. * The headboard was old and ripped. * The dresser was pulled away from the wall. * There was an old radio in the room. * One of the televisions did not work. * I paid specifically for a balcony with a Strip view, but the balcony door could not be opened. * When I called about the balcony door, I was told to call back the following day to see if another room was available. The condition of the room was disappointing, particularly considering what I paid for the stay. I have photographs documenting the condition of the room and can provide them.

Everything was amazing had a good stay over all, just a little hiccup with the leak from the ceiling went down to front desk to report the issue and hope a service tech would come but to my suprise no visit was made & I left the bucket on top of 2 towels with the remaining water that fell in on the first night stand when you enter the room. Front desk staff was amazing along with valet and security. Just left with a little ick due to me also working 24/7 as a service technician not getting it handled in the timely manor of us before checking out and leaving. I’m guessing it’s an external company you guys are under contract with but don’t want this little hiccup to affect my stay. 10/10 overall :)

Amazing view very relaxing and very spacious
