The only thing I want to point out is the smell in the room when we walked in. I understand that guests cook in their rooms; however, our sheets also smelled like it, which made it feel like they had not been replaced. The stove also had oil splatters on it, which suggested that it had not been cleaned thoroughly. This is our second time staying here, and we will definitely be back again. During our first stay, the room was immaculately clean, so this may have just been a one-off incident.

Wonderful stay with family!

We had a great experience at this place! The room had everything we needed and more. Having a place to do our laundry was so helpful. The girls loved playing at the pool with their friends and we loved the hot tub.

We did not do the Timeshare Seminar as we are not interested in having one.

Beds were good, however carpet was dirty, and the toilet didn't flush properly. Definitely a plumbing problem.

Good starting point to go wherever you need to in Las Vegas without the traffic trapping you in. Wide variety of restaurants within 2-3 miles any direction. The casino itself isn't very good.

Pool was still cloudy & dirty in the morning when we wanted to swim after heavy use the night before. The Elevators don’t operate correctly during check out times….and are so overcrowded it takes forever to get on and once you do it’s stopping at each floor and then malfunctioned and instead of continuing to the first floor it reversed and started heading back up, so after an hour of waiting and stopping at each floor we wound up having to take the stairs down from the 4th floor, with luggage, after the malfunction, one poor lady in a wheel chair had been all the way up and then back down to the 3rd floor when it reversed, when we left she was heading back up to the 18th again stopping at each floor!

Beautiful Suite, large bathroom and shower. Modern decor that looks nice and new. Lots of towels Staff was helpful, courteous and polite. Location was great next to Casino and several restaurants and stores. Ok, here are my issues: There were crumbs on the dining room chairs, The Shower had no hot water only! We only had timid water not even warm. A little confusing getting there and where to park. At check-in Staff explained everything. We stayed 2 nights for a Wedding we would definitely come back but I need hot shower water!

Rooms were very clean. Check-in was quick. Pool area is A+. Will return if I’m in the city.

Easy check in, very clean, and large rooms. The pull out sofa wasn’t comfortable. Would suggest not depending on it for a bed. The dryer took a long it to dry our clothes. Overall, great stay for the price and location.

Very friendly staff. Prices were very reasonable.Clean room. The pool, gym and hot tub were great! Will stay again.

The staff made you feel welcome when you entered the building.

This place was absolutely fantastic! We loved everything about it. The Pool and Hot Tub were wonderful and everyone was so helpful and attentive to anything we needed. We are definitely going back again and again. My husband and I were there with five of our grandchildren and they loved the room and the pool so much!
