Clean spacious rooms for a family and affordable

Reba at the front desk was amazing. Love her energy and customer service.

Our washing machine leaked, the toilet leaked. The room was neat but not clean (probably not used in a while) towels were dirty we had to wash them ourselves. The staff is excellent! Very professional, kind & responsive! The people make up for the property short comings! All in all an Ok stay I would go back.

The one bedroom suite was nice and exceptionally clean and fresh, full kitchen, utensils, etc. in unit wash/dry, all the comforts of home. The furniture was a bit worn, the bedroom dresser drawers would not stay closed, the shower was nice sized but needed a non slip shower mat as the floor was extremely slippery (I used a towel to compensate). No restaurant on property - bring your own water, coffee, filters, etc. if you enjoy a relaxing, early morning start to your day. A lot of fast food eateries near by along with a grocery store. there are restaurants at the Silverton Casino -a short walk from the Berkley. Would stay again now that I know what to expect.

If you arrive late, there may only be 2 people at the front to check you in and if there are multiple parties checking in, you will have to wait. We waited around 20 minutes with 3 groups ahead of us. The room is nice, spacious, and has all amenities we needed. It was definitely worth the price.

The place was almost perfect for a family of 6. Except for some minor glitches like the dining table is wiggly… comfy beds…i loved that it has its own washer and dryer, it was helpful. And booking two bedroom was having two kitchens and washer and dryer too. I thought it was just like a suite with 2 bedrm but its like having 2 separate suites.

Great price, very well maintained. Just one of our suites AC worked, that was the only let down.
