Quality Inn & Suites Albany Airport

This was the worst hotel I ever stayed in. The hotel is completely rundown , the hall carpet is ripped and room carpet smell really bad , dirty towels and bathroom was very dirty. I will never ever recommend this hotel. Spend little more and stay somewhere else. Attached is the pics of the room upon checking in.

I was grateful the hotel had availability (after another hotel canceled our reservation without any notice). The room was fine but it was not clean.

The room smelled bad. The sinks and shower fixtures were worn out The shower floor was not clean.

The room was disgusting with broken furniture and stains all over. The bathroom had cigarette burns on the counter the carpets in the hallways were threadbare. It looked like a no tell motel.

Not very clean and in need of repairs hallway carpets frayed everywhere room was ok very basic but suitable.

We got a new room it was great and so was breakfast for the kids

The hall rug was also a mess. Torn up and uneven. Good enough if you absolutely need a place to rest, but not recommemded.

Clean room. Personnel friendly, very helpful. Only 'issue,' for lack of better word: each time we sat down on the bed, or lifted ourselves off the bed, there was a 'metal sound' emanating from the metal bed frame/platform. A little disturbing.

The room was spacious and clean. The staff were polite and helpful. For the price I would stay there again.
