The room itself was clean but as for breakfast there were ants on the serving spoon for the scrambled eggs. Also the waffle making machine wasn't working at the time due to a storm the night before. The same with the toaster which seemed to be a very old one.

Free parking and located close to the University and colleagues in the area. A bit on the pricy side this trip but that may have been due to school coming back into session.

It was right off the road you get off of on the interstate. The room needed some repairs. One being the lock on the door

I called more than 24 hour advance notice and got to the hotel still 24 hour advance trying to cancel the 2nd night and they wouldn't let me and kid blamed it on Expedia

Quick check in. Breakfast was good with plenty of food.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The parking area was very clean. I didn’t get a chance to eat breakfast, but I smell good. As for the room, we had bugs climbing on the wall or to ask staff to spray underneath the mini fridge because of a cockroach and I believe they had spiderwebs on the wall. But when they did cleaning, it’s very punctual and neat.

I feel this hotel has slipped a bit from last year. Last year it was such a standout from the other places we stayed on our trip that I really wanted to stay here again. Maybe it’s just that our room this time was upstairs and harder to get to. But the place was perfectly clean and everything functional with great bedsheets. Easy walk to BBQ restaurant.

Everything except the rooms are always kind of muggy and in my most recent stay the AC really wasn’t cooling much. Same as above
