Good location This property is not safe at all ,it's so uncomfortable and unsafe, I was 10 days in this property and couldn't sleep one night ,now im suffering with very bad anxiety

This is where I always stay when I visit Lawrence. I have been saying here for years (decades?). It is consistently a good and comfortable place to stay. Clean, colorful rooms, cotton sheets comfortable beds, good Lawrence location on 6th street, friendly host. I always enjoyed chatting with the owner who was brimming with positivity.... The nephew has now taken over and is equally pleasant. Makes for a good overall experience.

When we arrived at the room the outside temperature was roughly 95° Fahrenheit there was no air conditioning turned on in the room I turned it on immediately at approximately 3:00 p.m. the room did not cool off until after midnight

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the breakfast was better than I expected. It had a full size refrigerator, a microwave and a good quality TV. It was across the street from a large grocery store. The parking lot has seen better days It is an older motel with the doors that open to the outside. The office didn't always have someone available. There was a number to call but no one answered.

This is an older motel that is kept clean and in running order. The staff was pleasant, the breakfast was included and as good as I would have had at home, better because it included items that I don't allow at home! The room was large, the furniture dated but clean and we found the bed to be comfortable. the carpet, not used to carpeting and I don't prefer carpeting

Older property needed renovation beds were good shower from the 80s. Good location it was a port in a storm (think World Cup!

A-1, no problems, stayed several times

Not much for a breakfast selection. And the toilet didnt flush. We had to lift the tank lid and lifted the flapper.

Room was clean but the property is rather run down. The only thing separating our balcony from our neighbors was a 4’ sheet of plywood that could easily have been crawled over. But - the river sounded great!
