Nice, clean hotel. comfortable beds. good stay. close to Northside Hospital.

I liked that it was very quiet and clean. And that I was close to stores in walking distance in a mall. There was even a cleaners, nails shop, restaurants, grocery store, etc.

Room was nice and clean, one of the staff was a bit discontected but fine when we arrived. Breakfast was basic hotel breakfast food foe the USA.

The room was clean. Breakfast did not provide a lot of hot food choices. Was not expecting a 100.00 registration fee in case of damages for a couple in their 60s. Did receive a refund, but still seemed unnecessary when room was paid for a month in advance with credit card. Staff was pleasant.

Overall, everything was good.

Not enough carts for all of the rooms you have to check out at 12:00 but the room was ok. Toilet seat was broken and we told them when we checked out. I would definitely stay here again.

The beds are very comfortable, and the breakfast is nice in the morning. The room’s air conditioner is a little noisy, but I find that to be the case of many hotels.

Great location and comfortable bed. Not esthetically pleasing as several things were missing from the walls (art work, shelves, towel racks) but the fixtures to hang them were in place. Shower in one of our two rooms didn't get hot.
