The staff was very friendly. The room was nice and the breakfast was excellent. A couple of the towel hangers in the bathroom were loose/falling out of the wall. Not a big deal as there were many.

The staff were amazing and accommodating. However, there were bed bugs in my bed when I woke in the middle of the night! They did move me to another room immediately, but I did not sleep well for stressing out about the bed bugs.

El hotel muy céntrico, la comida muy buena variada pero estuvimos 4 días y tres noches y ningún día limpiaron ni hicieron cambio de sabana y toallas . La piscina estaba en remodelación y en la página no lo mencionaba.

The room was clean and breakfast was great. The only interaction we had with the staff was check in and turning key cards in, no problems with either. I was a little disappointed with an email the following day saying our card had been charged $4.77 for parking each day we stayed, separate from our daily room rate. I feel this should have been disclosed to us at check in instead of an email after the fact.
