Spent a few nights here for my son’s Army graduation. Great place

Upon check in, I stood in front of clerk for 15 minutes before even being acknowledged. Definitely horrible customer service. The room didn’t have hot water for 24 hours after checking in. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this place

Large spacious rooms. Casino - don't waste your money. Parking was great until a guest backed into my brand new Honda CRV. Security was immediately on it - they were awesome. Never have been impressed with Lawton let alone Oklahoma - but The Apache Hotel & Casino was very impressive. Glad to be out of Oklahoma period..

If you have asthma or any health condition that is triggered by mold, DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!!! The shower grout is covered in mold, and we unfortunately noticed it the morning of check out. Was told that my stay would be refunded. After not receiving any updates, called and spoke to a gentleman name Natoya, who said that it wasnt their problem and all they would do is get maintenance to cover it up. Also told me that mo wouldn't trigger asthma,like I haven't lived with this majority of my life. I should have known it was going to be a bad experience when I wasnt even greeted at the front desk and had to wait until the front desk clerk finished her conversation with another employee. This is pure negligence on the upkeep of a hotel and no telling what other hidden nastiness they have that could affect someones health like BED BUGS, seeing that mold is no big deal to them.

The only reason for four stars instead of five is that our room (532) had a couple of maintenance issues. The coffee maker didn’t work, and part of the replacement flooring was coming up. I let the front desk know before we left, so hopefully those items will be fixed for the next guests. Despite those minor issues, we enjoyed our stay, the staff was friendly, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Room was amazing and super clean. The shower was wonderful and large. Parking was free and convenient. The staff were all friendly. The casino was very nice.

The coffee pot had dried roaches in it. Casino was great, staff was wonderful.

The rooms were clean, we were unaware that you needed wrist bands for the pool and a staff member was a little rude about it. The hot tub was out of service. The pool was nice and refreshing but the paint in the pool is peeling quite bad. When we booked it said there was a continental breakfast but this was not true. Also the restaurant on site is not open. The rooms are not soundproof and we were woken several times through the night due to doors slamming, people talking, etc. Also the TV channels were very limited. For a "luxury" hotel I would have expected more but it did the job.

The hot tub was not working and evidently had not been working for quite some time. One of the main reasons I stay there. Disappointing.

Very clean, very safe feeling property and parking for female travelers. The only bummer is if you want coffee before 7am, you have to go somewhere else or make it in your room. Otherwise, excellent stay.

We had issues with our bathroom door, locking on us noise from the sink air-conditioning unit was extremely loud

We called down for a bedding change and they sent housekeeping up. However, as we were waiting, we sat on the chair in the room near the window, and noticed a sizeable amount of dirt on the floor that had not been swept. Once housekeeping arrived, we brought it to their attention. Housekeeping went downstairs and returned with Nolan, who then assigned us to another room.
