The reason I pick this hotel for my family’s stay was to get in the pool which was closed during our whole stay my family was very disappointed the staff was very helpful tho The pool could have been available

This property is next to the casino. The pool is closed and so is the restaurant. It smells like mildew. Security staff was great but no one was at the front desk at night. The phone kept ringing. The bed was comfortable and the room was excellently air conditioned.

The staff was super nice and very helpful. Our bathtub was rusting, it smelt like mildew in the room. We had a super loud exhaust fan right beside our room. And the elevator had wires sticking out of it. Our housekeeper was as having a very loud and personal conversation first thing in the morning which we could hear from inside the room. It wasn’t disclosed upon booking that the pool was broken.

the customer service was the most thing I enjoyed everyone was nice and helpful the website made it seem like a five star hotel but we got there and it was still under construction no pool no pool table no game room everything closed customer service was about the only pleasurable thing..

The woman at the front desk and the woman in the breakfast area were incredibly helpful. Very strong reviews here.

Had all the essentials that we required. Bed was comfortable. There is no indication when booking that the property is dated, renovations are in progress. There are amenities listed that are not currently available.

We did not stay at the property. Very misleading, there were pieces of the bldg falling down, from looking at the people hanging around outside it looked like a drub den. I would like a refund. You cannot expect people to stay at a place like that. You should really check the properties before offering them. We have used you guys many times before and referred you but at this point…. Same as above!!!
