Staff and water fountain They refuse to refund when i ask leave one day early. Usually most of hotels accept it because i am traveling for work and sometimes schedules needs changing. They did not put some materials in the room like sewing kit , laundry bag. I need to ask them from reception. Breakfast not satisfied. Corridors has strange smell.

Friendly staff, especially the persons on duty in the reception They did not change the towels and toilet paper.

Very good location, easy for the ferry port, and over the road from the train station and buses. Very nice staff, good breakfast. Slightly weird room layout, with toilet in a closet on one side of the room with no hand wash basin, shower and wash basin in another closet on the opposite side of the room… went on a mosquito hunt in the night.
