The hotel was close to the cruise terminal, which was convenient. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. There was a variety of food options for the breakfast. The breakfast staff were not very friendly or customer service oriented. The atmosphere of the hotel was stark and uncomfortable. There was insufficient space in the room for suitcases, and the furnishings were more like an office or school dormitory. It took 20 minutes for hot water to arrive to the sinks and shower on the 5th floor.

Dinner was very good. Front office staff were exceptional both evening and morning. Extremely helpful provided adaptor which a $450 a night hotel in Paris could not provide. Morning front desk gentleman went outside with us to direct us to the train station. Highly recommend your hotel. Nothing! Exceptional service and very clean room.

Great location，just next to the bus and train station and room is very spacious and clean. The staff are very nice and friendly. Price wise is much cheaper than Paris. The Gym is a bit small and simple. Do not provide any drinking water in the Gym.

Nice bed, nice staff. I was working most of the time and slept only 3-4 hrs every night due to a lot of work, so I did not really have a chance to try out all of the facilities, restaurant or bar. There was no work desk in the room, I had to move a small bar table around near to an electrical plug every day in order to work with my PC - this table, however was moved by the cleaning staff every day, which is understandable. However, a nuisance that there was no work desk in the executive room, which I was expecting, as I paid extra to get this room. I compared it to the cheaper regular room which looked nicer as it also had a terrace.
