Unfortunately, some of the lamps and power outlets in the room were not functioning properly.

Nothing I can think of The breakfast was horrible. The room was really small and looked out onto a roof. The bed was itchy. So itchy I looked for bugs. The shower head was broken and fell on my head. I had to beg for bathroom tissue. The toiletries smelled bad. Really bad. No lift and I was put up high in the hotel. An employee took my bag up but when I left I had to take it down myself.

Great location, close to the beach. Very clean room and an incredible, soft bed(;I had a profound,, relaxing sleep) Very nice receptionists. I liked everything.

We were instantly made welcome by kind and helpful staff. The hotel was ideally located and perfect for our needs. We parked outside on the road which was not expensive. The room was small but perfect for our short stay. We both slept comfortably and had a relaxed and very pleasant breakfast. I have no hesitation in highly recommending anyone to stay here.

nothing to like there rooms were very cold, heating system turned off. staff extremely rude, they didn’t want to help in a certain situation saying that “it’s our policy, we cannot do anything about it”, even though Booking Help center agreed on me

Only thing you can rescue from the Hotel is the location, close to the beach and downtown, nothing else. I took a cheap hotel because I needed it to stay just one night after a wedding, no need of outstanding facilities. But in this case the hotel was run down, unpainted, dirty, with stains on the carpet. The staff (scarce) was friendly, however at check out there was no one at the reception and we had to wait several minutes (despite ringing the bell several times). In short, even for the low price, it is not worth staying at this hotel.

Location was good Very basic and noisy. Street parking with the hotel, I parked in a space outside the hotel as directed by the hotel staff to find my car towed away and a £200 charge to get it back - very little help and cooperation from the hotel to get my car returned.
