Nice location: “local” district of Paris/Kremlin while also offering good public transport options. Everything is great value for money. It is a bit far from the metro.

Early check in. Friendly staff.

Everything was good! Great location, with the metro and other public transport just an 11-minute walk away. There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The room was a bit small, but overall we had a very pleasant stay. -

It was clean and very comfortable, I slept like a baby. The breakfast lacked vegetables and the buffet lady was rather unkind.

Quite affordable and surprisingly well soundproofed room. ⚠️I'm someone who always opts out of room cleaning, and on the second-to-last day of my stay, I clearly remember putting the “DO NOT DISTURB” sign facing the hallway before leaving in the morning. However, when I returned that evening, I found that my room had still been cleaned. I reported this to the male front desk staff that night, but was told to report it again the next day because the housekeeping manager wasn't on duty at the time. The next morning, I was short on time as I had to catch an outbound train from France, so I unfortunately didn't get a chance to follow up with the front desk or housekeeping manager. Fortunately, all my belongings were intact. However, based on this experience, I'd strongly recommend keeping an eye on your belongings even when you've opted out of room cleaning and have put the “DO NOT DISTURB” sign on the door⚠️ ・This hotel needs to improve the hospitality of its front desk staff. No racial profiling intended, especially since the staff don't wear name tags, but the Asian lady at the front desk (possibly Vietnamese or Thai) seemed irritated when I fail to follow her instructions (in her heavily accented and limited English skill) for using the payment terminal. ・The room was unexpectedly small. It's hard to imagine staying at full capacity (three adults) in such a limited space. ・No mini fridge in the room. A deposit is required to use the hairdryer. ・The breakfast selection was a little limited. ・The room was extremely dry. I may have happened to visit during one of the driest times of the year, but it would have been nice to have a humidifier in the room.

Clean rooms, great location, and very clean place. However, the stay was characterized by the incredible rudeness and unpleasantness of the staff. In the morning, even though 10:00 AM was indicated as the cutoff time for breakfast, the breakfast attendant started clearing everything away much earlier—by 9:15 AM there was almost nothing left! Also, don't bother saying hello at reception, since they never do it anyway.

The location next to the Novotel whete our family were staying. It was close to restaurants and Commerce. Nothing we didn't like.

Breakfast was very good for a budget place Room was a bit smaller than it seemed and bunkbed hard to access
-
Room was very clean and bed was comfortable. Located 5 min walk from the Supermarket, eateries,Bus stop and Metro Would have liked it if they kept an electric kettle in the room. Would be good if they provide fresh coffee on a payable basis through the day. The vending machine black coffee is not good
