The property is a little outside the main centre but worked for us as my daughter was taking a course nearby - the metro was an easy walk from the hotel

The room was quite big with well insulated walls and provided with amenities, like tea and coffee. The beddings were comfortable and the room was well-lit. The bathroom was clean with almost new fittings. The breakfast contains a large buffet with many different options. There are a lot of options in terms of restaurant around the hotel. The distance from the main attractions of Paris. Although it looks simple on paper in-reality after a whole day of outing the 35 or so minutes of multi-changing M-tracks and walk back seemed a bit too much.

None When I booked Novotel on Mar 12 2025 with Booking.com and all informations on line was fine. But when we checked in and realize NOVOTEL HAD NO A/C AND THIS IS 4 STARS HOTEL. NOVOTEL IS NOT A 2 STAR MOTEL/HOTEL. I booked Novotel by it name and I use Novotel in the past and referral to my friends. The front desk told us A/C is/Was out of service! It take them forever to repair A/C?? They gave us a key to unlock our room window to get fresh air? Our room was right next to the highway and always busy traffic and noise and dusty. They also gave us a stand fan and the room temperature was hot/humid. I am very and very disappointed NOVOTEL. I checked in April 2025 Booking.com review and customers also complained the same issues (NO A/C)-BAD NOVOTEL SHOULD PUT WE Have No A/C in BOLD on All Agencies WEBSITEs and they will see the result that NOone will book their room!

The rooms were all unbearably hot. We went out and bought a fan and ours was still too hot. There is no way to control the temperature on a room by room basis, and staff claims there is nothing to be done. The temperature is set by the hotel. While the room is stifling, the heat continues to stream from the vents. Ridiculous. Apparently, this is the number one complaint about this hotel, going back years.

Worst experience. (1) No lock for WCC room. (2) No lock for the bathroom. (3) Room is hot for some reason - when we turned on the AC, no help at all - warm air comes out of the A/C. By midnight 12am we all woke up sweating, though the temperature outside was around 10 degrees - but the room was like a furnace. Felt restless after a long day outside. Someone from the hotel came and opened the window to get some cold air - but it turned too noisy (as it was open) (4) The sofa bed is in pathetic state - mattress is full of wobbles and unshaped - this adds more restlessness and body pain. (5) Breakfast menu was same all the days - we stayed 5 nights in this property. Complete disaster!
