The hotel was definitely not up to the hygiene standards and my friends and I decided to move hotels for this reason. After bringing up the issue, they vehemently denied it being their problem and how our complaints cannot be real because they take hygiene very seriously. I had pics and that's the only way they believed us. Though they agreed on a refund (thankfully) I would not feel comfortable recommending this place to anyone. The service was very dismissive and rude and this isn't a Paris issue, I had great service everywhere else. They just didn't want to take any accountability. I guess this place is good for the price but if you want basic hygiene, a slightly bigger bathroom and a better neighborhood, please just increase your budget a little bit. I held ibis in high regard but after this experience, I don't.

Cleaner than I expected. Facilities are very good. With air conditioners. Friendly staff at reception. Coffee machine and free water at reception. In walkable distance you can find many restaurants. Parking with extra charge. Rooms are small but it’s ok for a budget hotel.

Staff was helpful and changed our room too upon request. Offered parking for €11 per day which is resonable in paris. Iron and hair dryer was availabe from reception with€10 deposit. it had everything needed for 2 nights. plenty of shops and restaurants on walking distance. being a budget hotel room size was bit smaller than usual budget hotels. Shower was bit dated and not enough space to keep your clothes and belongings. also the location was away from centre and needed two buses to go eiffel tower. however the price reflects all of this shortcomings.

Every thing Nothing

We loved the comfy beds and the showers. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The hotel was excellent value for money. We thought the rooms could do with tea and coffee making facilities and some water but appreciate this was a budget hotel, and there was cold water available in reception. The area wasn’t great but there was a very useful supermarket nearby and the metro wasn’t too far away.

Clean, modern rooms. Cheap stay on outskirts of Paris- easy to find from Metro. Not a great part of town- but the price reflects this. Breakfast was very basic and lack of services- only a vending machine so no real options for food or drink.

It would be much more convenient, if there were a small refriegarator in the room.

The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The air conditioning was a welcome relief during the hot days, and it operated quietly without being disruptive. The location is convenient, with the metro station just a 10–15 minute walk away and several grocery stores within the same walking distance.
