Every single staff member my kids and I interacted with were lovely, kind, and helpful. I watched them check in folks, assist international tourists, and help with breakfast. Parking was steps away from our room, which was so helpful, as we had just picked dozens of pounds of fruit before we checked in and needed to bring them in for the night. Kids loved the pool.

Lush green grass, outdoor tables, free coffee in the lobby

Nice people and clean room

The one thing that I would have like is to see a hot water kettle available. Not every visitor likes coffee. Hot water was available in the reception, but you don't want to walk back and forth between your room and reception.

Definitely not the pictures shown on the website

Nice small 2-storey motel-style hotel with rooms opening to the outside. We were able to switch from a second floor room to a ground floor room since there were no elevators. They have different sections: one for those traveling with pets (we were not) and one for other folks like us. The room was a nice size, comfortable and clean. We had two Queen size beds, a desk with 2 chairs, a bureau with a widescreen TV, Keurig coffee maker, and a mini fridge. Hot coffee and tea are available in the hotel lobby. There's a giant knight in armor statue out front, which is fun. We did not use any of the onsite ammenities. This hotel was a little outside the main downtown area, which I suspect I didn't realize when booking. We prefer to stay where we can walk to shops and restaurants, so that's on us. It was a nice hotel, but not a fantastic hotel. Definitely fine to stay here and parking was included, so that was a bonus.

The Staff were very nice and helpful. Pretty chill, nice hotel. The initial stay was great but , one thing that wasn’t wasn’t, after checking out we got back same day but at night to get another night being exhausted after a strenuous hike and not able to drive back home. I was really looking forward to taking a very hot shower to help with muscle tension but this new room’s hot water, for some reason, was barely warm. The first room we got was perfect. Other than that everything was satisfactory!

Staff nice. Beautiful property, swimming pool calm, temp perfect and clean. We loved the back porch table and chairs, so good to read, have breakfast (also great food and easy to go in pick it up and go sit outside your room, chill). We loved this place!!

Check in was amazing. Breakfast was not GF friendly. Morning staff was not as friendly as check in staff

Only thing I thought the breakfast could have been a little better and more lounge chairs at pool

The staff was great and very polite. Including housekeeping. However using an ultraviolet light showed a lot of stuff in the bathroom. The beds were clean and room was tidy. However, when we went to heat up some food in the microwave, we found no microwave. You have to go walk to the breakfast buffet to use their microwave. In this day and age, every hotel room should have a microwave to heat up leftovers. Not a nine minute walk to shop area. More like 20 minutes away walking. I paid $306 for this average, standard room. Pricy

Liked proximity to Downtown, Rooms and grounds are tired, and Breakfast buffet is poor. Key card needed to be replaced three times in three days. Will have to look at other choices next year.

Had a lovely stay. Traveling with two dogs and the layout was perfect for them. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

I had the worst hotel experience in my life here when we went to check out on Sun, 8/2. The previous day I needed to use the employee restroom off the hotel lobby and an employee said was ok. So as I checked out (since I couldn't get back into our room) I walked in and used it again for just 10 seconds to rinse off my hand when the front desk worker (who I would describe as a white female about 40 and heavyset w dark hair) came in and started SCREAMING at me! I explained that her colleague said it was ok and she yelled, "That was yesterday! You can't use it again today!" I've never been more embarrassed. Plus there was another customer there trying to check in! She was obviously shocked by what was happening but the clerk completely ignored her and kept berating me. This is a clearly unbalanced individual. You've been warned!
