Howard Johnson by Wyndham Leavenworth

Guy at check in acted like he was annoyed to have to answer basic questions (best direction for access to our room, what time was lobby open for coffee) and he only keyed our room keys for one day and we stayed two. Luckily we got back early and getting them reset was easy. The other two desk staff we interacted with were great and so was the breakfast staff. Breakfast was good with a reasonable amount of variety. Room was clean, no frills. All the rooms face the main road and are pretty close so people and cars going past could get noisy. Minus the check in experience, we’d stay again.

This is my second time staying here. It is nice.

The breakfast and pool Rooms had squeaky floors, could hear all the neighbors. Room had a funky smell .

Comfy beds and pillows. Good breakfast, coffee, drinks. Easy walk to local attractions. Quiet neighborhood. Spacious room.

Comfortable and clean. Nice staff, good breakfast. Convenient to walk to all the shops.

Pool was outstanding everything was close enough to walk so no paying for parking

Just a little disappointed because when we checked in we were automatically assigned to a more expensive room even though there were basic rooms available. The staff did rectify the situation and allowed us to move to a “basic” room which was relieving, but I feel it was a dishonest move.

Room was clean We arrived a little early but were not allowed into a room. The staff member made no attempt to find out if any rooms were ready

I like the clean room , and the table with 2 chair was nice addition to the room .

Loved the breakfast buffet, super convenient not having to leave the hotel early with a toddler. The elevator was really dirty. Would love to see it wiped down at least once a day. Front desk staff wasn’t very friendly.

Very nice stay and would definitely stay in the future.

Clean room great staff real good breakfast

The staff was very helpful, breakfast excellent, location and parking great.

The room had a bad smell.The bathroom was dirty had urine around the bottom of the toilet. Staff wasn’t friendly on the phone when we made reservations the girl was very unpleasant and rude. When we checked in thee young man seemed put out we got there late no parking we had to park by broken appliances ready for the bump.We filled out a form to bring fresh towels but didn’t receive them the next day so we went to the lobby 8:30pm to get them.Breakfast lady was very nice food was good and hot. Needless to say we will not be using them again.

Great Continental breakfast and warm pool. Wish it had a outdoor hot tub. Besides that it was great.

The room was clean, bed was good, but very dated and needs remodeled. Awkward setup in the room. Breakfast was very good and didn’t taste like cardboard. Staff was okay, not overly nice….seemed like they were just there because it was a job. Requested to be away from the elevator and in an end room because we have a young dog and she is learning to not bark at everyone or every noise. Put us in a room next to the mechanical room that controls the elevator and on the other side the housekeeping room with all the cleaning stuff. Opposite of what we wanted! Didn’t seem to care about our request! Not a lot of people staying there with a dog either. Walking distance to town. Will not stay at this hotel again.
