great outdoorsy hotel in the best part of leavenworth!

Food choices for all meals we had were great as well! Bathroom lighting and vanity for make up use for the girlfriend was not up to par in her opinion.

The property is in an amazing location, seemed updated and very new. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Kids loved the hammock. Didn’t realize when I booked this room, there was only a communal bathroom. Turned out to be just fine! Only a few doors down and never crowded.

Chelsy @ the front (and running the coffee bar) is so nice and attentive.... she let us store our luggage in her office and was super nice.... she also makes great coffee ☕️ .... will be back Chelsy

Place is located in a beautiful spot (we rented a cabin) right in front of the river. Place was clean, cozy, easy to access. Check-in process was super easy. The cabin area is quite pet friendly, the provide towels for dogs as well. The cabin had AC and heater. We left a work cellphone and they notified us and were super helpful to get it back (they mailed it to us). I really loved this place. We only stayed one night :( I wish I could've stayed more.

Great location, but you should know they don’t have a front desk. Everything is by text/email. I felt bad for a couple standing outside after hours trying to figure out how to get in.

Staff was kind and helpful. GREAT location. I liked having the ability to send a text message if I had any questions or needed help. I also like that they recycle!

Location was the best aspect of our stay! It was our 34th wedding anniversary and we wanted a quiet yet beautiful environment! LOGE delivered both! I enjoyed the products provided (although slightly less that I expected) and the thoughtful design to accommodate nature enthusiasts. We realize that everything has gotten more expensive so value for money wasn't the best but for this special occasion, it was the price we paid to enjoy this experience.

Best location in Leavenworth House keeping it’s the worst part

Disappointed in lack of communication and understanding.

Paid $1680 for 3 nights, they charge an extra mandatory $25 per night resort fee for use of bikes and paddle boards that are not able to be used during icy or snowy conditions, should be optional and that’s on top of what I already paid expedia. We had the king jr suite, did not have the couch pictured inside and paid extra for maybe 2’ of extra space around the bed, other than that the amenities are the same as a normal queen size room. Paid extra for a Mountain View which was just a view of the hospital with mountains above it. The walls are thin and you can hear everything going on in the hallway, the heater unit turns on and off every two minutes and is loud, the heat pump outside must have a motor going out in the compressor because you can hear it trying to go every 30 minutes or so. The instant coffee in the room is terrible, went to the coffee shop downstairs nobody was there at 10am so I walked to J5 instead. The floors in the room turned my white socks black on the bottom so bring slippers or your stuck putting your dirty socks in/ on the bed or change your socks constantly. The location is the only good thing about this place, not worth the price.

great location 2nd floor was very loud with people walking up and down the hall, shower curtain had a pink bacterium on it, baseboards in the restroom were disgusting, had to ask for new towels, stayed 2 nights never had house keeping despite being right across from it

Design, location and cleanliness. Coffee shop was a bonus! The bar wasn’t open and I think the guests would have enjoyed the atmosphere on Christmas Eve.

Room was comfortable but all towels/sheets had long brown hairs on them and the ac/heat window not was very loud! We stayed 12/26 and the staff was sparse and not very knowledgable. Not the experience I expected for how much they charged to stay close to Christmas. If they are going to charge that high of price a cleaner room and staff that can answer any question with more than I don’t know should be required.
