Great location. Spacious rooms. Homey feel. The terrace/balcony is rundown. Bird droppings on very old uncomfortable furniture. Plants were quite dead. It is situated in the blazing sun. We found a patio umbrella in a corner and set it up. When we returned later in the day, it had been removed, so we were unable to sit on balcony. The included breakfast consisted of 2 croissants being left on our table each morning. The coffee maker made only espresso and it was not great. We had a 3 night stay and bathroom was not cleaned once and no fresh towels were provided.

I really enjoyed the beautiful decoration and charming details of the old house, as well as the warmth and excellent hospitality of the host

Very central location. Loads of character and charm. Original historic architecture and interiors. Large bright comfortable room. Peaceful breakfast on the communal terrace - fresh bread and pastries. Friendly communication with host.

Excellent location in the historic section. Numerous quality trattorias/restaurants close to B&B Our room was on the top floor. Approximately 40 steep steps to get to room. This room not recommended for quests with mobility issues.

Fabulous location in the centre of Lecce. Good breakfast provided by the host, which was a good start to the day. Host also provided information of things to see and do in Lecce and salento region. Bathroom door lock was faulty and the shower tray had a tendency to overflow and flood the bathroom floor. Portable air con unit wasn't great.

Very friendly and welcoming hosts, lovely and cozy rooms with a nice breakfast in the morning. They really make you feel at home. Very central location Parking is not permitted in the city so you need to park a bit further away not immediately near the hotel. It is not a problem though - there is street parking.

The location, terrace and family history of the property Shower is definitely in need of upgrading Beds are very noisy every time you turn over

It was in the center The hosts attitude from the very beginning till checkout .he was constantly turning off the AC shutting it down from the main electriciy panel then blaming us for abusing the AC and damaging the house ? And apparently us another visitor and him we were sharing the same flat and he said that because of us the electricity was down and he will charge for it. He was sending me messages all the time about house rules and abusing the house etc which we were doing absolutely nothing . If we paid this amount of money for a 2 night stay with AC , it should be provided . Instead i always received very long messagees about extra charge and us abusing the house .

Absolutely loved this property very quirky interesting house with everything you could need in the historical centre of Lecce Nothing

Good location in old part of the city. No one was there to greet us. Host spoke not one word of English! We had to contact him by phone to gain access to the apt. He was difficult regarding our access. Opened the locked door remotely. There was no info in the room to assist us with restaurants in the area or interesting sites. In fact there was NO assistance from the host in any way. He appeared in the apt the morning of our departure to serve breakfast. We were surprised. Would not recommend staying here if you don’t know any Italian and if you want a welcoming form of hospitality .

Location! Very near pedestrian zone with restaurants/shops/cafés, 6 minute walk to inexpensive public parking on Viale fella Université, quiet neighborhood. Large room with large living room/dining room and balcony. Angelo and son were great hosts with good suggestions of sights to visit.
