Dimora San Giuseppe

This rental was in a wonderful and central location in Lecce, easily walkable to everything. Restaurants, cafes and bars are right outside your door - the scene right outside can get pretty loud with music and people but the balcony doors are newer and block out almost everything when it's time to go to bed. The hosts were so friendly and made a wonderful breakfast spread and offered to make us coffees before leaving for the day. Would absolutely recommend - the room is large and spacious and so is the bathroom. Great experience The only challenges were having to park in the garage about a 10 minute walk away and get the bags back and forth due o construction and lack of street parking. It was pretty chaotic but the hosts helped us navigate that and regardless it was a walk through Italy which is always a treat.

Amazing location and facility. Beautiful terrace and rooms. The breakfast was outstanding. The staff went above and beyond to see that we were accommodated.

Simona was very helpful and a great host. The location was ideal for dining, shopping and getting a coffee or cocktail. The morning breakfast on the outdoor porch was delicious.

Incredible stay at a beautiful Dimora - Lecce and Salento are a wonder! I highly recommend staying here when you visit the region. It was perfect!

The room was big, beautiful and very comfortable. The breakfast was was very personalized and excellent. The location was the best possible.

Beautiful rooms, central location. The angel room is right next to the front door so you will hear noise every time people come and go. The front door does not close automatically, so if guests forget to pull it closed after them, the door is wide open. There is no reception desk. Check in is all remote. I think staff is only at the hotel during breakfast. Operates more like an Airbnb in that respect. As a solo woman, I did not feel safe given the lack of staff and front door not being locked. Edit: After I wrote this review, the hotel invaded my privacy by texting my personal number to complain about the review, calling it an "outburst" (sexist).

Beautiful deck right outside our room with comfy beds to rest on in the sun and wonderful views of the city. Breakfast was served out there and was excellent. It was a little difficult to find as the entrance is a garage. That is really the only complaint.

Excellent location, good breakfast in a beautiful ,cozy terrace, spacious room with nice deco and big bathroom .Very clean. A bit difficult to find a place to park the car.

Nothing the proprietors can do about it, but it's inside the Lecce ZTL, so very restricted car access. Important to contact Simona in advance to make arrangements if you're driving.
