The room is so beautiful and comfortable! This is a very nice place to stay if you are looking for somewhere budget-friendly in Lecce. Although it is close to the city centre, it is very quiet. They don’t have elevators, so be prepared to carry your luggage upstairs.

Lots and lots and lots of messages. I missed the online check in because there were so many messages. But other than that. Great.

Location was great, in the old center. Upon entering the building, there was no staff at the reception to welcome us whatsoever. We had ‘the diamond suite’ which was the smallest room they offered. The second we opened the door to our room, the door handle broke off, and this kept happening throughout our stay. Then we noticed a huge patchwork of moisture stains and mold on the ceiling. We took a shower and the appliances kept breaking off. Once we finished showering, we tried opening the windows, but they were blocked off so we couldn’t open them to ventilate the room. That explains the mold on the ceiling. Finally the ac had probably not been cleaned properly, because after the first night we woke up with sore throats and got sick. There was also no wifi connection in the room. Overall, very disappointing stay. Looks good on photos but the actual room is a mess that needs to be fixed before inviting new guests!

Not about the property itself, but Lecce has a problem with public parking, so if you go by car be patient about finding a place to park the car. Also, the hotel is in a ZTL zone, but as is almost on the corner with a key street, you don’t have to walk a lot. This is just a advise!

Fantastic location on the edge of the old city to enjoy all the sights and the newer part of town to enjoy the less touristic restaurants. Very good value place and clean. Sound proofing both to the street and to the lobby (where our room directly opened to) are not great. There can be late night noise from bars outside and early morning inside noise from people checking in or cleaners working. Consider earplugs if you're a light sleeper.

Very clean, safe and quiet spot to call home in the heart of Lecce. Close to the castle, the main square, restaurants and pastry shops. Easy access to everything. Check in was easy and communication with the host perfect. I highly recommend InCentro

Exceptional

The property is perfectly oriented in the middle of all the historical sights, restaurants, shops and cafes. Everything is walking distance including the train station. As a solo traveler I liked that it was in a very safe area and sparkling clean. The AC / heater doesn't do much but I believe this is true throughout Italy and is NOT a reflection on InCentro.

Very good

The place was clean. This room ( facing the street ) should not be rented out, as the windows do not have a seal to cut out the street noise. It is impossible to get any sleep with the street noise. You can hear the conversations word for word from the restaurant across the road, anyone walking by and the motorbikes park across the road. The noise from the cutlery clanging on the plates from the restaurant and motorbike engines and exhausts are enough to drive you mad. When I complained, after the first night, I was ignored by the manager. The entrance door to this room faces the lobby, so there is a constant noise and light disturbance from other guests entering the lobby, as the light comes through around the doors. Honestly, this was the worst room we have ever stayed in. I shouldn't be allowed to be rented out. This is a fair account without exaggeration.

Giuseppe was very helpful. Our room was the Garden with a little patio. It was very lovely. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was big and spacious with plenty of toiletries. Good location to the old town. Someone used our patio to smoke!!! I thought that was access for our room only?!?

The location was great! The bathroom was clean and nice. The room was pretty small and almost no place to leave your things. Theere was a smalll balcony which you cannot use because it is an inner one and it smells bad there.

Perfect location. Nice clean, comfortable room with updated bathroom.

The apartment was at the heart of the city! You could walk to all amazing places of lecce in no time. There is a great variety of options around for drinks and food.

The location It a too small

Everything was excellent, Giuseppe our host was really kind and helpful, he gave us some tips and was there to inform us in everything we needed, the property is near exactly the historic center of Lecce. The only thing that we didn't like was the lack of parking at the property, so you had to park wherever you could (we found near the property) but it was not free, this happens to whole Italy so you have to get used to it,so search for properties that provide you parking (not too many)if this is an issue to you. Breakfast was served at a very nice Caffè called alvino just near the property at the beautiful piazza sant'oronzo after getting 5 euro ticket per person for everyday from Giuseppe. Great for the local coffee Leccece and a traditional sweet called Pasticciotto! We would definitely stay again if we come back some day. Lack of parking

Great location close to all the attractions of Lecce. Spotlessly clean room. Comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Great AC. Small fridge and kettle. Good sized bathroom with great water pressure. Room was on the smaller side, which might bother some.
