The location.

It had a great location, near everything. Very convenient to walk to restaurants, sites, and anything you desire. Major construction right in front of the unit and it is very loud in morning with large equiptment so using the balcony doing the day is not ideal and not a great view when you look out anytime. You have to keep the shutters closed when trying to get ready because they can see right in your place.

The Cafe bar for breakfast below is a lovely bonus. Nothing

The view from our balcony was spectacular. Nothing better in all of Lecce. Staff was not on location to check us in or attend to any needs. This was a real downside as we tried to figure out door codes and more. This hotel was advertised as providing breakfast, but we only got a ticket for five euro to spend at the restaurant downstairs. That barely purchased coffee. We therefore had to find breakfast. Better if guests know that in advance.

The location couldn't be better, in front of the coliseum. The only thing is that the window glass was dirty, and I had to open it to get a better view. The room was great with a very high ceiling, which gave you a great impression. Breakfast at the coffee shop was very good, but the tickets that they gave us didn't cover a standard pastry and coffee.

Fabulous location # 1 location in city. Pre- communication was excellent and helpful. Fabulous architecture and balcony! Furnishings are broken down and minimal. Could use a good polish up. New towels, more amenities.

The location was excellent and convenient. The room was big and spacious and clean. The bathroom was good. The bed was very comfortable. The staff gave us a fan and really tried to help fix the temperature problem. The breakfast is just a cornetto and a small coffee. Is literally a € 5 option. - The garbage cans were located at the entrance. This was very unpleasant and a Kitchen and restaurant poured their garbage all day long in them. - The place was very hot, and the AC was not powerful enough to cool a room of this size. Additionally, the terrace door didn’t close completely, as if it was too small for the frame, making it harder to keep the space cool. The terrace also retained heat, causing both the bathroom and the room to remain very warm.

Best possible location in Centro of Lecce. Above a great cafe to grab breakfast and snacks. Very spacious. Refrigerator. Beautiful balcony overlooking the main square. Nothing

The area in middle of historic area, the room was spacious, clean. Nice balcony and view. A/C does not keep room cool, at all. The bed / mattress uncomfortable! The lights do not auto turn on when entering the bldg but they do turn on auto as you approach reception and room.

The property is really big, my family really enjoyed it. It was a little hot during our stay even though the AC was on.

The ceilings were so high and we were there on 100 degree days that the AC didn’t cool down the room. No screens on big balcony door couldn’t open for cross breeze as bees would come in. Had to park in lot about 10 min walk away. Hardly any metered street parking due to construction.

Location & room was good When i book a room i ensure a couple of things are available. Coffee & tea facilities are available being one.. No coffee & no tea or milk (chamomille doesn't count). Bath is another. We enquired about both missing items & got negative responses. Ok you explained there is a water shortage (should remove bath from facilities). Also because you don,t supply coffee, the 5 euro voucher you supply per person for breakfast at the cafe down stairs get used up on said missing coffee. Might also want to remove car 9parking from the facilities also.

There is a nice caffe down the B&B, where we had nice breakfast. I regret it was not mentioned before that the square and around were under construction. Would be nice to add a light in the room since it was a little dark. A little minus was also the automatic light in the bathroom, it would switch off after quite a long time, so during night it is not very practical.

there was nothing to like someone came into my room with no notice or explanation while I was out which made me very uncomfortable, left me not feeling safe. housekeeping did a poor job, did not take away dirty dishes, and did not leave clean towels. management became increasingly hostile when I contacted them to let them know there was no Wifi, the AC barely worked but made a constant whistling noise. 4 am doors constantly slamming even though there is rules for quiet time. all in all I departed early because I didn't feel I was getting any value for the money I spent.there was not enough Wifi to watch tv without constant buffering, and the picture kept pixalating.

Nice location, center of the center. Lecce is beautiful Paid Breakfast - joke. 5euro coupon per person - coffee cost 3euro, which means that if you want to eat sandwich then you have to pay by yourself . Unfortunately my message to contact person was read and ignored . 2nd bed condition is poor, you fell all metal part - mattress should be replaced

The location cannot be beat. We sat on our balcony every night to watch the people go by in the square. There was always street music for entertainment.
