B&B Sant'Oronzo

The owner let us cancel because the elevator was up a flight of steps and being handicap it’s hard getting the wheelchair up the stairs and into a small elevator. Thank god the owner was understandable and refunded the 2nd night. Location is absolutely perfect! There is stair case before you get to the elevator, not good for handicap

Location and clean Two rooms 2 AC's- one was not good- you have all the details after several calls to booking.com and many whatsapp messages with property- they were snarky and not very honest- the 2nd ac never was up to par- they were trying to save electricity by using only one AC! We believe- they wanted me to contact you to let them know that they had resolved the AC issue- they did not. I wasted the afternoon of the last day of iur vacation calling booking.com. We called Booking at least 4 times- we lost connection with one of your agents. Please contact me directly for more info. I have the screen shots if the whatsapp messages of the property with me- these were reslly aggravating.

Great staying! Comfortable and close to the center.

Although it’s called B&B it doesn’t really offer breakfast not a kitchen to cook. Beds were not great either.

Perfect location overlooking the piazza and walking distance to bars, restaurants, shops etc. Comfy room, very clean, lovely host, easy to find street parking nearby. Highly recommended.

The location was perfect and Giovanni provided amazing service and was very quick to reply to messages.

Great location-right in the center of the city. The host was perfect !!very helpful, answered all our questions gave us references for where to eat, extra coffee & towels. Comfortable beds, good shower. Quiet hotel even though in center -would be great to have a small kitchenette & microwave. Room has hot water kettle & small fridge. Lecce is a fabulous city!! The room is smaller than I expected so there’s really not much room for two people, no extra bedside tables. it’s a great room for one person but a little bit small for two people. I thought it was a bed-and-breakfast, but we only got coffee not really any breakfast but that’s OK. There’s plenty of places to eat.

Fantastic location. A short walk from where we parked on Viale Felice Cavallotti everyday.( this is a great place to park on blue parking areas) Friendly and helpful host. Instant WhatsApp contact and with recommendations of places to eat. Nice to have a kitchenette. Clean bedroom and bathroom. Very light and airy. Quiet considering so central Don’t be disappointed the room doesn’t look like all the cosy rooms on the website. The kitchenette was very dirty.. plates all badly cleaned by previous occupants. Very very greasy. Pans had no handles ( burnt or broken) . No kettle to boil water for tea or coffee. However nice to have the kitchenette if it was better stocked and cleaned.

Superb

Great central location right in the centre of Lecce. Owner is very helpful and accommodating. Was also really clean and the balcony was a nice plus. Bed was very uncomfortable. The room and bathroom were very tired in need of modernising and redecorating. Rest of the B&B was similarly in need of some TLC. Not the best value for money but booked last minute.

The location was excellent. The person who met us was informative and gave good information. The apartment was clean. The furniture was basic and 'tired'. The apartment was advertised as discounted but having stayed in many properties in our 6 wk road trip this was not worth the discounted price. Breakfast was fine - coffee and croissant but we had to pay extra for a herbal tea.

Perfect placing to enjoy the city center of Lecce

Nice large clean room with a safe, fridge and Giovanni was an excellent host. The bathroom was large and shower had great water pressure. The room had 2 large windows. The location was perfect for getting around Old Town Lecce.
