Excellent breakfast! All the delicious Pugliese (from Puglia) specialties plus they made us beautiful 3 egg omelets each for my husband and me every morning (we like our protein!). Excellent americano coffees, made fresh to order, piping hot every time. Friendly caring staff serving us, very romantic and picturesque inner courtyard/garden, room very pretty decoration, typical Puglia stone walls and antiques. Amazing location just outside Porta Rudea to enter the historic and gorgeous old town of Lecce. Very quiet tranquil rooms, I usually need to put in my earplugs to sleep... didn't use them here!! Serena, the office manager was amazing, she planned our itinerary every morning, guiding us to the best Lidos (beaches) and spectacular views of the coast and old towns of surrounding villages, gave amazing restaurant suggestions, was very available and attentive, always there on WhatsApp, a real gem! And a very beautiful lady!! Excellent value for the money! We highly recommend this place, we loved it!! would have loved to have body lotion as part of the bath products provided.

It was a great location close to the old town. The rooms were very well done and in a serene garden like setting that was quiet. It was all great— no complaints

Location The room was not very clean

Location is good for the old town but area/street is not the best. Lots of graffiti on buildings and generally a feeling that it is not as nice as the old town. Reason i chose this hotel was the free parking advertised. The streets around the hotel do have free parking as advertised, but we had to drive around the narrow streets for a while to find a spot. Hotel is fine once inside the big front door. Room was a good size on the top floor - lift available but a good few steps if walking. Bed fine, shower great but a really dangerous towel rail was fitted to the wall outside the bathroom door and the frame of this was at head height so quite easy to walk into. Roof top terrace is a nice option but the bar up there not open.

Beautiful, quiet and well appointed. Service was exceptional!!! Street parking was free and easy to find. Location to old town was very convenient and easily walkable.

Beautiful property once inside Street is a little dark and dodgy. Could use a bed refresher. I find it hard to believe that the bed comforters are laundered after each guest so hygiene is a concern

It is a delightful, private, quiet retreat in a magnificently renovated old building. Serena is very gracious and accommodating.

Breakfast is excellent and not to be missed.

This property was unique, special and ideally located. Staff and management went above and beyond! I would recommend this to anyone looking for a special occasion. It was perfect. Don’t change a thing!

The location was great for walking into the historic centre of Lecce. We were able to park the car walking distance from the hotel. Breakfast could have been better. The juices were not good and some fresh fruit salad would have been nice too. We had to request an extra blanket as the weather was cold when we stayed, plus water glasses for the room.

The garden is amazing and the breakfast is wonderful! You feel like you are with family. Serena was a gift to us going above and beyond to help us on her day off as we had a flat tire- she not only put us in touch with a mechanic she came with him to make sure we were ok!!!!

Location, location! Excellent for walking thru old town center. The breakfast was wonderful! Eduardo was so kind & helpful. We loved everything. On first approach street seemed sketchy, but it turned out to be a nice quiet street.

Palazzo Dei Dondoli was perfect for our family trip to Lecce. Its excellent location, just outside the old town, allowed for easy walking access and convenient car travel. The facilities are outstanding, but the service is truly exceptional. Serena went above and beyond, helping us with travel plans and offering invaluable tips for exploring Salento. Edoardo's amazing breakfast was a daily highlight. We absolutely loved our stay and highly recommend it for anyone visiting Lecce! We loved everything.
