Federico's Vila

Great location. Parking outside. Easy 15 minute walk to old town. Federico was fabulous-left us eggs, fruit, milk, bread and homemade cake. He met us at check-in and went through everything and offered lots of suggestions on things to see/do etc. Shower was powerful but small. Washing machine was welcome necessity. This is a beautiful older property not sterile modern so adjust expectations accordingly.

Frederico was a great host, loved his breakfast, the courtyard, location., and shared full kitchen Handy to Conad supermarket, old town and a great little bar/pizzeria/cafe around the corner and not far from the railway station. Nothing

Large flat with lovely bedroom and bathroom. We had to make our own breakfast (as we were not near the main accommodation), but everything was provided. The kitchen looked great, but was disappointing. Two of the gas rings couldn't be used because although they lit OK, they wouldn't stay on, no matter how long one held the 'ignition' on for. The third gas ring and electric ring worked Ok though. Also, only very large pans were provided which wasn't very useful for just 2 of us.

Federico’s was just like staying at home with all the facilities you needed, location was great with everything a short walk away. Federico’s was also an energetic and enthusiastic host who was always giving us advice and help about local attractions and places to go. You will not be disappointed with a stay here so give it a go?

Check in was excellent and just a short walk to all facilities, Fredrico could not have been more friendly and helpful!?❤️ Squicky bedroom door! but not to big a problem!

Frederico was a fantastic host in his lovely vila. He communicated very well, gave us tips on the city, prepared a very much appreciated home cooked breakfast and provided a restful oasis for our travels. Parking was easily available on the street and we could walk to the old town and a supermarket and cafe nearby. Nothing

Federico is so accommodating. He made sure we had directions to places. Breakfast was made to order and we had homemade jam. He even gave us a bag of mandarins from his tree. The property is so close to town, we walked to everything. Parking is challenging. Bed is a bit firmer than my liking.

The apartment offered by Federico is equipped with everything one might need and there were no missing supplies that i could even highlight. In the house of Federico you can find anything important for daily life and he takes a lot of cares a lot for the mood and comfort of his guests. In addition, historical town of Lecce is just 5 minutes away and you can dive into the beauty of this gem with a blink of an eye!

The host was fantastic and incredibly helpful! The property was in the perfect location where you could walk 5 minutes and be in the historical part of lecce while still having plenty of available parking! Nothing!

Federico is very welcoming, and just tells you to make yourself at home! It is a very comfortable villa so close to the city centre which we walked to every day. A lovely visit! Nothing - the shared bathroom is an inconvenience that I can live with.

Federico is really a nice and helpful guy! He is very welcoming and he couldn't do enough to suggest places to eat and visit. Also made an itinerary for us on the day we left. The place is a little dated but clean. He made us a nice fillling and scrumptious breakfast with omelettes and French toasts. Although the location is ideal to visit the centro storico which can be reached within a few minutes on foot the area seems to be a little run down. To be able to watch the small tv in the bedroom you need to download an app and it is not straight forward to make it work.

Federico is an amazing host. When we arrived he offered us to park our car on a safe and free parking spot just infront of the place. There is an amazing and huge garden with outside tables, olive trees, barbecue and outside shower. The place is calm and quiet and you dont even have the feel you are in the middle of the town. For breakfast Federico prepared us delicious omelete with cucumbers, tomato, toast and mozzarella by side together with nice coffee. Bathroom is shared with room next to us (it was empty at time of our stay) but it is very comfortable and clean. Im sad we didnt spend more days at Federicos place. I really reccomend it.
