The location excellent, near the railway station and 500m to old town. The stuff very friendly and the breakfast good. Friendly atmosphere. We like it. I' ll be back again if in Lecce.

Noise at night

It was a lovely and spacious place. Nicely decorated, good Breakfast in the morning and in the afternoon, aftef coming back from sightseeing, we could sit on the terrace outside. The road was very busy. It quieted down in the evening but during the day and early evening and early morning you need earplugs to be able to sleep.....

During the entire stay we felt extremely unsafe- icould not sit in the lovely outdoor patio because of a strong gas odor coming from the outside pipes along side the wall of the patio- the gas odor was so strong that when patio door was left open the gas smells entered the dining area where breakfast was served. I texted the manager and was told that the property has a gas boiler and every time a guest would shower we will smell that odor. I assured her to call the owners because that was unsafe, unhealthy, and dangerous. Nothing was done for one night and I returned everydayi with that gas smell. I complained multiple times and they finally sent out a technician. To my surprise, the evening before (after they said technician came) the smell was still lingering in the outside patio. I came back in and decided to stay in my room. My fear was this type of gas leakage can produce carbon monoxide. The owner of this property needs to take this very seriously. Gas smell under any circumstances is not acceptable- other guest had complained as well. I will not be visiting your location again. The unsafe situation of the gas leak and smell. Smell was in patio area and inside areas of apartment.

Convenient location. Very accommodating and helpful hosts Nice breakfast. Well appointed room. Cosy and beautifully decorated breakfast and common areas.

Such a great experience

The best place to stay in in Lecce, everything is perfect and amazing. Additionally, Katerina, she is an angel, super helpful super friendly with a smile on her face that gives you warmth.. she makes you feel like home Nothing to complain about.

Breakfast was Ok with great juice options and authentic pastry.

Good location，10-15 minutes walking to old city. Free parking around. Clean and comfortable.

Exceptional

A short walk from the station and into town. Alessandro is very welcoming and creates a nice atmosphere. Breakfast is a buffet and was great. The B&B is located in a beautiful old building. The host gives great recommendations for restaurants. Since I travelled by myself, I liked that the host lived in the same property, making me feel saver than staying in an apartment all by myself. There is even central heating in the apartment. Since it is an old building with old windows, you hear the noises from the streets quite a bit in the morning (at least in the room I had). If your sensitive to noise and like to sleep in, you might ask for the other room or bring earplugs.

The mattress is too soft for me. Some noises from streets and neighbors.

Short easy walk from the train station and city sites. Nice unobtrusive host. An older building but quite pleasant inside with its own well-worn charm. High ceilings, good room space. Everything very clean, good bathroom facilities. Firm comfortable bed. A common terrace joins the reception/breakfast area. Excellent breakfast including wide choice of fresh and dried fruits, nuts and yoghurt for the more health conscious. Coffee and pastries etc also. Overall good value for money. Minor things: The rooms are on the 1st floor and the lift didn't seem to work, so we just walked up and down the wide staircase. We didn't ask the host either, so you'll need to check with them if a lift is important. There was some street noise at times but not enough to seriously bother us.

Spacious stylish room and bathroom. Toiletries were a nice touch. Breakfast was nice. Alessandro was very helpful. It was a bit tricky not being able to check in until 5pm. We were lucky we could leave our luggage there.

Superb

The owner was lovely and the apartment was pretty and very clean. I would def recommend this apartment I would have loved to have some cheese for breakfast.
