Outstanding staff!

The staff were the tops in hospitality. They couldn’t have been kinder, more helpful and friendly. Great location. Immaculate cleanliness. Not a thing. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Location Bathroom are badly designed with no counter space and the shower cubicle is too small The room should have more racks for luggage

Hotel is very centrally located, easy to walk everywhere. The front staff was very friendly and accommodating. The included breakfast was abundant, from vegetables, fruit and yogurts, pastries, cakes and eggs and bacon made to order. Our room was spacious with a large bathroom with a separate shower and tub. I did not miss anything except having more time to enjoy the spa and the rooftop restaurant.

Excelente location and facilites. Rooms are a bit dated for 5 star hotel, but it is just a minor detail.

The location The service. We had three bedrooms. One of them the Air Conditioning didn't work. We told them about this, no one care. The second one had a flood coming from the ceiling. The didn't fix it, but they refund me one of the two nights of that room.

Risorgimento Hotel is located right in the heart of Lecce, and the location couldn’t be better. Even though it’s within the ZTL (limited traffic zone), it’s still easily accessible by car. The hotel handles the license plate registration with the authorities, so you can drive in without any issues. There’s also a convenient valet parking service available. The room was very spacious, and the beds were incredibly large and comfortable. The staff was genuinely friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. Although the price is on the higher side, the overall comfort and quality of service make it absolutely worth it

The property was very well kept, the rooms were large and everything was very comfortable. The staff was great as well. I really appreciated that we could get two beds in both of our rooms.

The corridor is too dark. The bed too soft

The location of the Hotel was very good and there was the possibility of parking just in front of the Hotel, with Vale Parking option. Rooms were a bit outdated. Particularly the bathrooms were difficult to operate.

Great location. Good continental breakfast. Staff were lovely and gifted us a free bottle of Prosecco for our wedding anniversary which was a lovely surprise. Found a bit of mould in the bathroom. Scuffed furniture tops. Food very disappointing in the Restaurant for Christmas Eve dinner, poor quality and overpriced for what it was. Not really 5 star standard.

This is a top-class hotel, very well run. Staff consistently pleasant and helpful. We had a lovely room with large private terrace. Breakfast very nice, many choices and good quality. We used the valet parking service, it was easy and worked well. Location was very good in beautiful Lecce, walking distance to most every sight. Don't miss the Faggiano Museum! Nothing I can think of
